An extremely terrible scam. Do not order from this company at all. Ordered a dress in April, it is now November and I never received it. I have been emailing them back and forth for 7 months and they have now ghosted me. No refund, just the same response that they are investigating.

Dress arrived with a different back from picture and it did not fit correctly. I contacted them. They asked for a picture with dress on…sent that…first response from the Fashionpara they will not return it because it’s a “custom dress” and if I return shipping will be costly. First: No it was not custom…it’s was supposed to be the same dress from the picture and a standard size from their site. If I missed something in the return details when purchasing the dress I would gladly eat my mistake-but I did not misread. It is their mistake and this was never supposed to be a custom dress. The purchase was within their supposed return guidelines. Second: I offered to pay for return shipping with tracking. I asked them 3 times to show me where it was a custom dress-They DID NOT. Rather they respond by offering more of a discount. First starting at 20% up to 40%. Finally after 4 emails and getting a generic run around I said, OK, I will take 70% refund and eat the other 30% (even though I am eligible for a FULL Refund according to YOUR RETURN guidelines). They responded with a generic email saying, thank you for your time there is nothing we can do and if you I have any questions to contact them. They should also thank me for my $130… They would rather make the money off 1 dress that is eligible for return within their guidelines. Rather than accepting the return and making more money in the future. I have 3 daughters and numerous friends of daughters that will not be buying from them…and I will hopefully influence others that read this post to not buy from them and to be aware of FashionPara’s antics…

Do not order from this company. Aftwr 5 daus of emails and yanking around, theynfinally settled on partial redund. They do not offer exchanges or full refunds. I now have a dress I cant use as they wouldn't take it back, and only a partial refund. Usually it wouldn't bother me as badly, but I looked at their return policy first. Had I known they wouldn't refund i would not have purchased from here. The dress hasn't been open or worn because once it arrived I was able to see the color was the ring shade through the clear packaging.

Really bad experience with this store call fashion para! I pay $170 for prom dress, arrive late, wrong size, and they just want me to keep the dress and just return 20% back, after many emails, they offered 40% back, now no more replys to my emails. Please please, stay away from this place. Dress is completely different from what you see in pictures, my dress is like halloween costume 😭. Bad costumer service also

Ordered a dress for $43 that never came. Should have known it was garbage when I saw that their customer support contact email is literally just "contact@fashionpara" lol Frustrated. Don't buy from here. It sounds like most of us just never even got our orders and those who did might as well not have from the sounds of it.

I ordered a dress in early June. All paid for. They have ghosted me also. I have written multiple emails with same response “ we are looking into your order” No tracking link. No phone number no dress. Not sure of any other steps I can take. Requested a refund No response

Don't buy here.I ordered a dress, paid in full and got ghosted.The responded once and said it shipped.2 months later they said it was being made.Now nothing ,no response to emails....I see others reviewing it a a total scam

VERY small Asian sizing!!! This is just a drop shipper selling cheap material clothes. Felt like a Halloween costume.

Zero stars - agree whole heartedly with the other reviews on this website. I ordered 2 dresses in March for events my daughter was involved with which were both in May. I did receive a shipping notification, but no sign of the dresses. Attempted to contact customer service. Although they do respond, they are not helpful. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they just ignore that part of my request. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money!

Be very cautious with Fashionpara. All their dresses look stunning on the website, but while browsing Pinterest, I realized they take designs from other brands and sites, then digitally overlay their model’s face and heavily edit the photos to make them look appealing.

I almost ordered a dress from them, but once I saw this, I backed out. Since then, I’ve learned that many others were not so lucky — they got scammed.

It seems all the money they get goes into photo editing, not into making real or quality stock.

I do not recommend this store — it's all a digital illusion.

Tengan mucho cuidado con FashionPara. Todos sus vestidos parecen hermosos en la página, pero navegando en Pinterest noté que lo que hacen es tomar diseños de otras marcas y páginas, y luego superponer el rostro de su modelo con montones de retoques digitales para hacerlos más atractivos.

Estuve a punto de pedir un vestido con ellos, pero al notar esto, decidí no hacerlo. Después descubrí que muchas personas sí compraron y fueron estafadas.

Parece que todo el dinero que reciben lo usan en editar imágenes, no en tener productos reales ni de calidad.

No recomiendo esta tienda. Todo es una fachada digital.

Ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom on 4/4/25. Never recieved dress or confirmation of shipping. Got an email confirmation that they recieved my complaint but they refuse to refund my money. SCAM!

Ordered a dress march 18th, only email I got was the confirmation email that stated I would receive a tracking number once shipped. Never got a tracking number so I emailed about 3 weeks into not getting anything, regarding a status update on the order. Received an email on April 8th stating it hasn’t shipped due to “unforeseen circumstances” and they would “resend the order”. It is now April 23rd and still no further emails or tracking information what so ever. I emailed yet again stating I am requesting a full refund. STILL NOTHING.
Please save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! ITS TRASH!!!

I ordered something that never arrived. Scam.

Ordered a dress following the size guide on their website. The dress sent was several inches smaller than the size guide said. Sent pictures of the dress measurements and asked for exchange or refund. After much run-around the company went silent. False advertising! A shame that they don't abide by their size chart. BIG WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought a dress from this store. The dress came out different from what is shown on the website. I asked for a give the product back and for a refund, but they haven't responded. It's absurd and disrespectful. I don't recommend it.
