Urgent Review



Subject: Urgent Request – Refund and Card Cancellation

Hello,
I am writing this with great concern. I recently noticed unexpected charges on my account, and I am currently in a state of panic. I only intended to purchase a PlayStation 5, and I was not aware that I would be signed up for any kind of membership or recurring charges.

I never agreed to a subscription, and I was not informed about these charges beforehand. You have withdrawn money from my account without my clear consent, and I urgently need the money that was taken. I am in real need of these funds and cannot afford to lose them.

Please cancel my debit card from your system and process a refund for the amount you have withdrawn. I kindly request you to treat this matter with urgency.

Because of this experience, I am very disappointed, and I would rate this service with only one star.
