I received my order without any problem…but no response from Customer Service.

I received my order without any problem but unfortunately, the dresses wouldn't fit/work for my daughter's wedding so I wrote to customer service. That was June 2nd and I have neve received any answer. I had the time today to follow up and found your responses and such so I feel hopeful! I sent another email but thought it best to write to you here as well. I do hope you can provide information and will accept my return. Thank you in advance.

Terrible

Very bad, never order from them.
2 months I keep following up on my order, and they say (it has arrived We have faced unprecedented delays in logistics due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Your package was delivered to your local post office last October 28th. Please wait for a few more days, it will deliver to you soon.)
Nothing came ya ng covid as an excuse and they took my money!

New ownership so great!

I had a problem with a refund from the previous owner. But the new ownership was so helpful, I really appreciate the effort to help me with the issue. James gave me a great customer service.

Great clothes and excellent service!

I had recently purchased a white sweater crop top and a flower printed mini jacket from the store and they arrived in good time, considering all of the logistical challenges with COVID-19. The clothes fit me perfectly, the size guide was spot on and they look exactly as pictured on the website. Initially I wasn't sure about the sizing and contacted the shop for guidance. The customer service was excellent, both prompt and helpful. I am very pleased with the purchase and the quality of the products, and I will certainly not hesitate to buy clothes from FashioneLike.Me again.

Most of our orders are recovering now, but some suppliers and logistics companies are still facing long delays. We ship from Asia and, due to the coronavirus outbreak, there are huge delays in logistics and shipping companies. There are announcements about this on our site. Many of our customers are understanding of the situation, but evidently it seems we've disappoited you on this occasion. I see you wrote to customer support requesting your tracking number, which we provided to you, but it seems you had some trouble tracking it down. Sadly, our entire business has been impacted by the global outbreak of the coronavirus. Most of our customers are understanding of this situation. Not all, it seems.

I've checked your order. You placed it on February 4th and chose our free economy shipping option. To expect it to have been shipped by now is unfair and unrealistic and runs counter to the information you signed up to when purchasing, which can be found in our shipping policy, here: www.fashionlike.me/pages/shipping-information.

Regarding updates, your last enquiry to customer support, was on February 7th, to which I responded February 8th and explained the shipping policy, the processing time (which is stated in our shipping policy), and the fact that due to both Chinese New Year and the outbreak of the coronavirus, all orders across the entire business were being delayed. This doesn't just impact your order, but everybody's order. There is both a notice about this on our site here: www.fashionlike.me/pages/chinese-new-year-2020, as well as a banner across the top of every page, making the situation very clear.

Finally, we have an order tracking system on our website, from which you can receive updates. This can be found here: www.fashionlike.me/apps/tracktor/track. When orders are shipped, automatic email updates are sent out, so quite what you were expecting in terms of further updates is a mystery to me, as we have had no further enquiries from you to our customer support.

All of the above I told you when you last wrote to our support team, to which you replied "Thank you very much!" so it seemed to me at the time that you understood the nature of these extraordinary circumstances.

Thank you for your review, but I think it's very unfair. We're a small company, trying to do our best in the face of a global virus outbreak. I'm sorry we let you down this time.

Dresses that makes my other half appreciate my taste

Quick delivery, great selection of dresses and ease of choice. As a bloke, I find purchasing clothes, never mind women's clothes a real chore. Many hours I have wasted away in women's clothing stores, to be asked my opinion on dresses, that my other half does not listen to anyway. I thought I would delve myself into buying her a present by using this website.

The fact this store has such a wide range, competitive prices, great offers and speedy delivery. Means I can spend more time and money saved on finer things in life. Gone are the days of being dragged around shops. In the end she loved the dress I bought and commented of the great quality. Maybe the nicest thing she has said in my taste.

Anyway would not hesitate to recommend.

Pleasently surprised.

I have purchased couple of dresses from this website and I was very pleasently surprised. Items arrived in less then two weeks. Quality was really good specially the red dress and I had lots of complements which means a lot specially when you are a new mum and still trying to get your figure back. (shame I can't upload photos)

Very bad experience with this retailer

Very bad experience with this retailer. Spend 200 pounds in 2 dresses 1 of them never arrived. The one that did arrive was very bad quality nothing like the picture and quite short too, supposing to be floor length. I wrote so many emails to ask for the dress that wasn’t not sent and I had 1 reply only saying we will look into it. Never heard from them again.

Fraud........

Fraud......... Don't buy product this site. Didn't received my product and their eaten my $339 and present now we didn't back. When I request refund they are block me every where :(
