I ordered prescription glasses over two weeks ago and have yet to receive them. To their credit, customer service did reply to my email and reach out to the courier to investigate. However, passing the blame to the delivery company doesn't solve the issue. Because I needed my eyewear, I was forced to order a replacement pair from another company. I requested a refund for this unfulfilled order, but they have so far failed to process it. Good communication only goes so far when you're left out of pocket.

Good website, easy to navigate, fantastic choice of all brands, very good prices and super fast delivery, my new prescription sunglasses are perfect, overall a pleasant shopping experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Wrong lenses put in the frames, one frame received in damaged condition, the damaged frame returned (along with its lenses) not refunded fully yet (waiting for refund of lenses fitted in the damaged frame); turnaround time is unacceptably prolonged

I purchased the Carrera 1137 with my prescription and requested blue gradient lenses. The frame itself is beautiful and the prescription appears accurate, so I appreciate the quality of the glasses. However, there are two issues that make them difficult to wear every day.
First, the Carrera 1137 is much heavier than I expected, which becomes uncomfortable after wearing them for a while.
Second, the blue gradient is much stronger than I anticipated. The lenses are almost completely clear from the middle down, while the upper portion is blue. Because of this, simply tilting my head slightly causes my vision to alternate between the tinted and clear portions of the lens, which has been making me feel dizzy.
I was expecting a more gradual transition across the entire lens. If the gradient were less abrupt, I think these would be excellent glasses. Hopefully Fashion Eyewear can improve how they customize gradient prescription lenses or advise customers before ordering.

She kindly suggested an alternative frame and arranged the change seamlessly, which I really appreciated.

I had an issue with some Cazal glasses which had worn after 3 months and reacted badly with my skin. Devanshi was very professional and prompt with finding a solution. Within a few days a sultion was found and I am happy to say I have purchased a replacement set of glasses from Fashion Eyewear and will continue to put my business with them as I have the past 3 years. The glasses were too narrow for my face - I gave them to my wife. They look great on her.

So the issue - the "view on face" tech should be MUCH better at allowing the user to see the glasses in their real size on the face of the customer. Also, added information that can provided re sizing would be hugely beneficial.

Nice glasses, great shipping and service, but the actual 'final product' ended up a fail given the shoppers inability to actually asses sizing.
