Didn't say it would come from China on website. When arrived was clearly not a genuine item, no labels, poor quality material, sizing and the colour was nowhere near what was advertised. Emailed to return as says "Easy returns" on website but was told had to pay to return to overseas and would only offer 70% refund. Currently being refered to trading standards.

The invoice clearly said 2 cotton sweaters and 1 cashmere. However, this is not true because the label on one reads polyester, one read cashmere and the last one is damaged, i.e. it is coming apart at the seams. They will not refund my money, and they expect me to pay for overseas shipping for their trash. Liars and crooks is my experience with this fraudulent company.

I’d was never mentioned while ordering it was coming from overseas, returns do not exist. The shoes didn’t fit correctly and they would give me a 30% refund. I took them to Goodwill and hopefully someone can use them.

I would pick 0 if possible. The shoes I ordered appeared to be suede but are some sort of thin material. The quality is on par with The Dollar Store or TEMU and when I contacted them to return I was informed that I would be responsible for the cost to ship back to China. I'll keep them and donate them to a women's shelter. Lesson learned!

What a rip off, I checked their website and it looked ok so I bought a jacket of them. The jacket was nothing like the item I ordered and it was more like a fancy dress item and the size was a complete joke to what I ordered. I have emailed them three times now for a refund and no replies.
Warning do not buy , as the quality is extremely poor and they use different pictures to the actual items they sell

No returns labels. Sent twice internationally to them.

First time my courier said they did not take delivery of the parcel despite it being recorded.

2nd time they are refusing to reply to any emails.

They stole an artists artwork and is selling it on sweatshirts! They stole fanart from misao.draw on Instagram.

Crooks. Allow you purchase products that aren't available and won't give a refund. They offer you a voucher, ordered a second product and same outcome, not available and another voucher. Customer Support refused to refund. Be warned.

IV wrote twice to this firm looking a refund. IV proof of my postage sent bk this is now nearly 2 months now an not a word back have I got

This company is selling sub standard Chinese fashion disguised as a legit London fashion company. Fake pictures, probably stolen from other sites. Shoddy Chinese versions sent. Order your goods direct from Temu, you'll get the same rubbish at a quarter of the price.

This company in my opinion is a scam! No email order acknowledgement (good job I took a screen shot). Goods needed to be returned. Sent at my own expense - £20.60 tracked. Delivery was attempted on 27th July and there was no answer. A note was left to make further arrangements. It is now 5th August. I am over £200 out of pocket. Sent emails to their customer service and no response.

Do not use this company or Zola. They both say fashionista London or Zola London. They are not based in the UK. I was sent a dress that measured much smaller than the size advertised. Therefore either a wrongly labelled dress which is not fit for purpose or poor quality checking. All they do is offer me a discount on the dress which is no good as it doesn’t fit. They insist you pay for track and trace to return the item which is in Asia. That cost is nearly the cost of the dress. They won’t pay for return even though the item I ordered is not fit for purpose. Just going round and round with emails.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a sweater from this site. Unfortunately, the jeans were sent in the wrong side and I did not like the sweater. I had to pay return shipping which was really expensive $130. Then the return got stuck in customs. I came to the site and started reading the reviews and got nervous that I had been scammed out of my money and the clothes. However, after two weeks the package cleared customs and was delivered to the warehouse the next business day. Within 24hrs they refunded me my money back. I'm still out the $130 I paid for shipping but that's much better then the nearly $900 I would have been out had they been scammers. So definitely a legit site just beware of the issues that can arise when engaging in international transactions.

Beware of this fraudulent site out to con your money. I returned a belt that cost $400 and it’s been more than a month and no follow up from them despite multiple emails asking for updates.

Never received anything. Not even an confirmation-email after I’ve payed. Tried to get in touch with them but it’s now been several weeks. They’re a scam

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made on the Fashionista website. On the 17th of December, I placed an order with the order number 310046437, totaling 163.90 euros, intended as a Christmas gift.

Regrettably, I have neither received the order nor obtained a refund. Despite reaching out through multiple messages, there has been no response from their customer service team. This situation has left me concerned about the possibility of losing my money.

In sharing this experience, my intention is to alert fellow customers about the issues I've encountered with the Fashionista website.

I have ordered an item from Fashionesta but they firstly delivered the incorrect size and then it took them more than four weeks to issue a refund. Although at the beginning they promised to compensate me for the return shipping, which was over £30, they still have not paid me anything and are not responding to my emails. Terrible service overall, would never recommend to anyone.

I am writing to report an online website called Fashionesta based in Germany.

I made a purchase of a shirt on their website on 27th of October 2023. On checkout, I was clearly made known that shipment to my UK address is FREE due to offer advertised on their website.

After a while, I received a letter from Parcel Force UK that I have to pay the sum of £94.22 for customs charges. I immediately contacted Fashionista and they instructed me to pay the money because it was to them not labelling my order appropriately and they promised they would reimburse me with the £94.22. Ever since I paid the money, with proof of payment sent, they have decided not to reply to my various email sent to them.

Please, help me chase this as I believe I have been swindled by Fashionesta.
