Brought it the whole course never sent me a download link to brushes they kept saying a human would email me within 25hrs a week later still waiting but they can keep emailing telling me why else I should buy so over bullshit sites

Bought by mistake the Fashion Procreate brushes, thinking it was the programme.
When received the email with the tools to download, Realized that was just the brushes tools. And because I don't have any App to use the tools, I sent an email to customer service explaining the situation. Explaining that I don't have any IOS device, and that I don't have any fashion drawing app on my Android. Received an answer saying that I could use the tools on Clip Studio Paint, that was a free app for Android. But is not free, they have a trial and then I needed to buy the app. I sent another email explaining that the Clip Studio Paint app was not free, at least not in my country. They insisted it was a free app. I send them several prints, showing and proving that the app was not free, that only have a free trial. Procreate answered again to me saying the same, that I can use the tools on the Clip Studio Paint free app. I sent again new prints proving once again that the app was not free, and that I didn't want to buy the app because it's expensive, I don't have that kind of money, and only bought the procreate Fashion brushes tools because it says that I can use in android and thinking it was the all app not just the brushes. They sent the same email again... Over and over again saying that the Clip Studio app was free. I sent them more proofs about not being free. And then they simply ignore my emails.
They really don't care about customers. They just want our money, and do nothing to help.
So I lost my money, and I'll never use the tools because I don't have money to buy an app to use them.

Bought it as it said it was compatible with Android. Turns out it isn't. Requesting a refund & suddenly I'm being ignored! It also stated 30 day money back guarantee. I want my refund!!!!

Received nothing but empty files. After realizing that customer service wouldn’t help me, I demanded a refund and got called stupid. Being told i didn’t know how to use the program or download Procreate. But i have the app and that’s the only reason i purchased the program. But when i called it out as a scam through emails and on social media, they threatened to sue me for defamation instead of a refund. Don’t get this program, it’s a scam.

I purchased the Fashion Procreate kit and was truly impressed. The resources included, like the brushes and model poses, are top-notch and have made my workflow much faster and more efficient. The compatibility with Procreate is seamless, and everything was easy to use right out of the box. Don’t waist your money and time. Was never able to open files on Procreate app or able to download any zip files on my new iPad 10th generation. They keep telling me to read the manual but it doesn’t help since the zip file can not be supported . I could have drawn 10 design with a simple pencil and paper with all the time I waisted on this . Asked for my money back but I guess this is a scam and it is my loss . Stay away from this

Was advertised through tic tok to me. Scam do not use. They lie on the bottom of their website about trustpilot rating. My card “wouldn’t authorize” and changed me multiple times.
