I have yet to receive my order. I called to inquire about status and left a message. No one called me back.

I tried ordering from the website. It kept telling me my zip code was incorrect. I called 4 times and left messages that were never returned. I tried ordering from another computer.
I gave up after 5 days of trying.

Ordering online was quick. Always a pleasure ordering new stuff from them. The price I a little high by the products are quality and not junk like ordering on discount sites. Thanks funlove.com oh yeah and it was at my door quick af.

I didn't receive what exactly what I ordered. Out of 3 items...one was wrong, one was damaged, and I was unsatisfied with the last. I called the number on the receipt to request an exchange (not a refund!) and they sent me to a voicemail. I've left 3 messages over 3 days and have never heard anything back. I will never order through this company again!!

I got my order quick and it was packaged very well. The products work very well and I'm loving them.

Order a item, after spending 2 days to get it order, as the web site would not take the item I wanted. Now tats it’s order, get email with tracking number, but no shipper name, so have no clue who to check with, click on tracking number opens page but no info othertge the number, email go unanswered, call toll free number you get transferred to a full voicemail box. They got your money now they don’t care anymore.

The options of what the site offers are wide and plentiful, definitely something to get for fulfilling pleasuring needs for self and partners. Plus very discrete and on time delivery.

I got my package and didn't even work. Tried to take it to a store because it wouldn't even charge. Apparently you have to send it back. What a pain in the butt! I won't buy anything online again from here.

One of the items did not work. I could not exchange or return it to our local fascinations store. Disappointed learning that.

Lots extra hoops to jump through to get this item returned.
Otherwise appreciate the discreet way they ship and the Items individually wrapped like gifts was a nice touch. The other items worked great.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and haven't seen anything. There wasn't a shipping invoice with track number. I have no idea how to even get a refund since I never received what I ordered.
