So, the wedding ring I found on their site was the only one I could find close to what I was looking for. I went to six jewrlery stores around here. Learned a lot about diamonds...color, clarity, cut...
Saw many expensive rings that were not nearly as nice as this ring.
But, but buying my wedding ring through the Internet?!?! Worrisome.
I started emailing Roger. One of the best things he told me was that I could return it without a return fee - that sounded like confidence in his jewelry.
I read the reviews.
I called and he talked me through the ordering process. The price was so great I was able to order a larger center stone : )
It arrived today. It's gorgeous. Just like the picture. Its GIA form was with it - exactly what he told me.
I couldn't be happier.

I worked with Roger at fascinating diamonds to design the perfect ring. The entire experience was amazing. I have a busy schedule and they were able to work with me mostly through e-mail which was great. He was also always readily available any time I needed to call to discuss something in more detail. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome.

We find the ring to be very beautiful and am happy with the look but the engraving was not finished. In my opinion it would seem engraving might not be as important to the finished product as one would expect. It even took two phone calls just to get a return packing slip emailed to me so I could get the engraving done. By then I felt uncomfortable sending the ring back and getting it finished before our wedding.

This place is so easy to work with. Customer service is the absolute best. I purchased the Conical wedding set with a marquise cut center diamond and she absolutely loved it. Do does everyone else. While I was skeptical about buying a diamond ring on line, I am glad I did. If you know your 4 C's, then you will know what to expect. I purchased a higher end diamond and it sparkled to no end. This place will bend over backwards to satisfy you and I truly appreciated that. Thank you.

This was a great experience! I didn't know much at first about the company so I sent an email. They promptly responded and answered my questions. The ring came with paperwork and was exactly what I wanted!

Roger was truly amazing, helping me in soo many ways. I chose a wedding ring set just before Christmas and Roger went out of his way to make sure it was delivered b4 Christmas. The ring set was beautiful, but decided I wanted a larger center stone.

So I contacted Roger and he went out of his way to find the "Perfect" 1 carat Asscher cut, absolutely beautiful diamond! Emailing me all the Gia reports for me to go over. I totally took his recommendation and soo glad I did. Bc this gal could not be happier!

Much more than I expected for purchasing a ring online. I was hesitant at first but wow! Diamond is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. Couldn't be happier!

Several different ship dates were given. Finally showed up in time but was not engraved. Excellent wedding set. Very beautiful.
