Great communication, speedy to arrange and complete the survey. Best part was the dedicated phone call afterwards when an experienced surveyor talked us through the report and suggested actions - sometimes it can be confusing / alarming looking at the report but the explanation was extremely helpful so that we had a full understanding.
Our survey was completed within a couple of weeks. The report appeared comprehensive and thorough. We also really appreciated the post-survey call to discuss the main points raised in the report with the surveyor.
