No sneakers, no refund.

I ordered some sneakers with farromode thinking it's a Dutch store. Never received the order despite receiving a confirmation email that it has been delivered. Customer care answered to my first two emails saying they are investigated and then never again. No sneakers, no refund. Total and absolute scam.

Chinese webcrap

The delivery time was 24 days instead of the promised 10. I didn’t get the right product. The product was in Chinese (had unreadable labels). They violate their own Terms and Conditions. Don’t shop here!

I should have read the reviews before…

I should have read the reviews before ordering a 'suit' at Farromode. In the first place, there was misinformation displayed on the item page. It clearly stated to order one size larger since the fit was small. Upon arrival, it was way to oversized. And the second, the return policy is a horrible one. I fully understand shipment cost are not free of charge. However the way Farromode works, is that the return shipment address is in China, with a cost of 20+ euro on an order of 50 euro. That some cost are associated is fine, but not this level. I will never ever order something at Farromode and I hope this review finds more people before spending money at this shop.

After placing and paying for order I…

After placing and paying for order I only received a tracking nr a week later that said no parcel when I tried to track it. After several emails and unanswered emails I have not received my package within the 5-7 working days. More than a month later my order was delivered from China very bad quality and does not look at all as the picture. I want to return the order and now they say it will cost almost the same as what I paid for order. I will never order again

avoid this website

In case of bad quality of items (it is shame how bad it is) you still should pay the shipping costs to send them back. The communication with customer service is very unsatisfying and unclear.
You get the track and trace link but it doesn't contain any information.
In case the item wasn't available they did pay the money back but only after I contacted them.
Just don't order at Farromode.

Same complaints as everyone else here

Same complaints as everyone else here. Late arrival, misleading and way too difficult to return; whereby you have to pay to return it to China. The .nl gives the feeling that you are getting it from NL.

Received after Christmas and really want my money back since I had to buy a more expensive option. Plus the quality was not what I expected.

Horrible dropshipper

This is a typical dropshipping company that adds absolutely no value. They are also misleading. On their website they say that the handling of the shipment will start the same day as the order, which leads you to think that you will receive it quickly. Instead it takes weeks to arrive from China. The clothes are of very low quality and at least three sizes smaller than advertised. The returning of the goods is complicated and expensive (you have to pay) as you have to send them to China. There should be a law forcing these type of website to publicly state that they are dropshippers. Then, you could skip them and order your stuff directly in China for half the price. All in all, everything about this company is terrible. Their products, their clients service, return policy and misleading information.

Misleading Products– Avoid This Store!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Farromode. The products they sent looked nothing like the photos online – they were falsely advertised and of cheap quality, sourced from China. When I tried to return the items, they made the process nearly impossible, as returns had to be sent back to China at my own expense. This is a scam company – avoid at all costs! Don’t waste your money here.

Bad cloths quality bad customer service

I decided to try farromode because I wanted an alternative to the mainstream. The website and fotos looked good. I placed an order cost of 150eu. What I received was very low quality cloths. The type of cloths you buy from your local Chinese shop for 5 eu; Max!
Unfortunately I decided to return them Instead of giving them to charity.

The return is at your own cost. It cost me 50eu for a 2kg package to China. Then, the package was stuck in custom clearance. My courier (postNL) indicated that the receiver (farromode) need to call and get them unblocked. I tried several weeks to convince farromode to help me. They were unwilling. Stating this is my responsibility.

In short, bad quality, bad service. I didn't give one star bacause at least they were responding to my messages- Unfortunately, not in the correct way.
