Parcel was delivered on time when they said didnt have to wait. The food was delicious very tasty and satisfying..

I had just had a knee replacement and my work had sent me some of the single meals. They were so delicious. I had ordered some meals from another company but after having Farros I could tell the difference in the quality. It made me realize the excellent quality freshness and superior taste of my Farros meals. I ditched the other ones and ordered some more from Farros.

The quality of the produce plus the care taken to pack the items (really appreciated that). Great service & timely delivery although might be good to remind the delivery service not to upend the box when carrying it as that just moves things inside the box - luckily nothing squashed.

Availability of vegetarian friendly pastry and timely delivery. I had been to four local super markets (these had beef fat or traces of crustaceans options which weren't for me). The delivery was a bit pricey however when I factored in the return bus fare and an extra early morning, the little extra was worthwhile to have the product at the flat when I arrived in the evening after work. Plus I got one of my favourite peach compotes. Very happy.

The best products, the best packing, the best customer service. If I could find a suitable house that's walking distance to a Farro store, I'd buy it.

Your website is very easy to use and products are easy to find. Delivery is also a breeze to use.

I made a small on-line order for items generally found in a fridge. I was most impressed with how the items were placed in a sealed box with ice packs. The presentation was impressive. The products arrived fresh, cold and in perfect condition.

Pros: Easy to use online booking, notification and pricing
Cons: The delivery was a gift for a solo mother who was looking after 3 sick children. I specified if they could knock on the door at delivery which they were home. Unfortunately they didn't which meant the food sat outside overnight. Hindsight - workaround would be to let my friend know once I received the notification.

Easy ordering system

I am a great fan of Farro and I shop there at least once a week but there has been a definite drop in quality and availability of certain items. For example the red onion I purchased was rotten, apples, cucumber and peppers soft. The meat at the counter looked old and the fish dry.

The gift of food was sent to a friend and her family as sadly, they had recently lost a husband and father. It was very much appreciated and just made the choice of a meal that little bit easy during a difficult time 💕
