I reached out to Farm Rio on 6 August 2024 after some issues with their chosen return partner UPS. My parcel has still not made it to the Farm Rio office / it hasn’t been registered, despite doing everything right on my side.

This was a return due to Farm Rio sending me the wrong size, also.

I have had zero response from Farm Rio so far despite emailing 8 times and asking them for help / to intervene, but haven’t received a reply.

I am still waiting for my refund or a response after 7 weeks. Leaving this review is my last resort.

1. Never answers our emails (unless with robotic blanket statements, that are irrelevant to our enquiries).

2. Phone number goes straight to voicemail (even within stated office hours).

3. Returns function on our account doesn't work.

4. All promotional codes (that they've sent us via email) don't work.

5. Products are in stock on the website, but are out-of-stock once you proceed to checkout.

P.S. I am still waiting for Farm Rio to allow me to return one of two sizes I ordered!
