I ordered my items they took payment on the 13th November.. never received my items... emailed 22nd,25th,29th Nov & 2nd Dec... no reply.. phone numbers not going to farmgio, various people picking up phone, whats going on???? I'm going to get advice what to do next... very annoyed🤬
If you want to buy from a company that confirms your order & takes your money but 3 weeks after the order has not delivered anything or replied to your emails or answered the phone or responded to phone messages to call this is the company for you. Also suggest you know the number of your local Trading Standards Office and how to claim money back from your credit card company because that's what I'm just about to do!!!!
My mother was very pleased with her online order. There was one problem with some items but that was rectified quickly and satisfactory over the phone. Courteous and helpful phone manner, recommended.
very dissapointed with order; almost every single can had some or severe denting; denting can result in food poisoning ( botulism ) & the cans were unsafe / inedible . have asked for a full refund. wont be using again
