Delivery is usually fast, but poor stock management

Delivery is usually fast, but they accepted an order for 4 items of medicine/supplements for weak kidneys in cats on 3/1/26, then came back 5 days later (3 weekdays) and said they were not in stock and refunded the order partially, leaving me to scramble to buy it from another source.
Such lack of stock management of articles crucial for human or animal health is irresponsible. We don't buy such articles for fun.

Legit company dont confuse this company with Farmahome.it

I had a great experience with Farmahome.pt. This is a legitimate and professional company based in Portugal. My order was processed quickly, the prices were fair, and the package arrived in perfect condition. Everything went smoothly and I’m very satisfied.

Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews here seem to be meant for Farmahome.it, a completely different company based in Italy. These reviews do not reflect the service of Farmahome.pt and should be removed to ensure a fair and accurate representation of this business.

Farmahome.pt deserves recognition for their reliable service and professionalism.
