¡La peor experiencia de mi vida comprando en línea! ¡Gente extremadamente incompetente y descuidada!
1. Hice el pedido por la página web y pagué por transferencia bancaria.
2. Nadie me envió actualizaciones por correo electrónico ni noticias después de pagar. Esperé tres días.
3. Llamé yo mismo; nadie hablaba inglés, por supuesto, pero aun así pude decirles que me respondieran por WhatsApp; antes de llamar, ignoraron todos mis mensajes.
4. De repente me dijeron que faltaban todos los artículos (¡no uno, sino todos!) y cancelaron mi pedido. ¡Es una locura! ¿Por qué venderían artículos que no tienen en la página web? ¡Para marketing, claro! Estafadores avariciosos.
5. Después de que llamaron para hacer el pedido, estuve esperando días por mi reembolso y no paraban de ignorarme en WhatsApp, diciendo "pronto", burlándose de mí y diciéndome que me relajara.
6. Perdí una semana con ellos y mucha energía. ¡Ojalá esta empresa se declarara en quiebra pronto!

1. Ordered from website and paid by bank transfer
2. Nobody sent me email update or any news after my payment. I waited 3 days.
3. I called myself, nobody spoke english of course but I was still able to tell them to answer me in WhatsApp - before I called they ignored all my messages.
4. They suddenly told me that all items(not 1 but all!!) are missing and they cancel my order. Isn't this crazy??? Why would they sell items that they dont have on website??? For marketing of course!!! Greedy scammers
5. After they cancalled my order I was waiting days for my refund and they were keep ghosting me in WhatsApp - saying "soon". making fun of me basically and telling me to relax.
6. I lost 1 week with them and much life energy. I wish this company would go bankrupt soon!
