HORRIBLE Company and People
Everything. First, they said "Don't worry Sir, you can trust me". Second, when they said we would get our E-Tickets 20 hours ahead of the flight, that didn't happen. I called 3 different times the afternoon and night before and they again, reassured me not to worry Sir. Then we received an email at 11pm with a possible ticket. When we arrived at the airport, we got through security, but when we got up to get on plane, they said we weren't on the register. We went to customer service and they said the tickets were canceled and refunded back to another person. I called them and they said "sorry" and I said you are going to make it right. They said we can get you on a different flight and this time I will personally make sure this goes through. Talk about stupid. I honestly wanted to believe the guy, but when he sent the tickets online, we went to ticket check in and the lady said again we weren't on the roster for the plane. I called and asked to speak to the Supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back and the guy said that he will refund us. Really! After all that. Wasted Day. We had to cancel our hotels in Nashville, the rental car and plans for the entire weekend with our friends. Good Grief. If I could give a 0 Zero, that is what this company deserves. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not work with FARESQUESTUS, JUSTFLY or Reservation Club.
