I needed a one-way flight from CMH to DFW... found a discounted priced one on this website. $124.51. After 2 hrs of no email and no call from an agent I called them.

They gonna say we are sorry that price is no longer available. It is now $263.63 you will have to pay the difference or you will lose what you've paid!

When asked if they were serious the lady said yes. I asked were they a scam booking site and she got upset. I WAS RECORDING THE CALL!

I told her they better not charge my card and if they did I was more than willing to sue!

Complete scam! I booked tickets totaling around $300. Had to call customer service to get a confirmation. Took about an hour to get through, after being hung up on and calling back. Was then told my total was over $600. I requested to cancel it. I was told it was canceled. Next day my card was charged over $1000, in multiple transactions, statement saying Amtrak.

Yes this site is a big fat scam ! People please don’t fall for this scam owned and operated by Indian Scammers who used to work in a call center.They will take away all your information and credit card details and charge your card.Be wise be aware! They lure you with cheap prices.

I booked a flight. It popped up pending when i called to ask about the pending thing, they told me it was a just in case someone cancels flight. I said you didnt specify that when you sold the ticket and I want my money back then. They told me no refunds.

Mid Oct 2025, I tried booking a plane ticket for a friend but it was bait and switch. They said ticket I was not avaible no I have to pay more. I didn't go ahead w it.
****Then they stole my credit card info and used it for many transactions for trip booking, online shopping, food etc. Over $1,500. Luckily my credit card company declined these transactions.
They are running a fraudulent company. Imaging how much they are stealing from elderly ppl.

Patricia Jones and whomever the female manager is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Patricia barely let me get one word in when I tried explaining our miscommunication when she repeatedly told me via email that she would be calling me right now to address my pending booking. She flat out yelled at me while speaking over me and refused to transfer me to a manager after I requested TWICE! I flipped out on her for being disrespectful then hung up on her only for her to call right back to argue. I hung up again and she emailed me verbatim “You are B***h, There is not going to be a refund now!! Then proceeded to charge my card $199 for a 6am flight I never agreed to!! Oh and let me not forget the original ticket I booked was $112 for a 12pm flight, she told me it was a promotional deal for a standby ticket and it’s no longer available. I called back and spoke with a manager only for her to be just as disrespectful as her employee Patricia, she told me she did not listen to the call prior to taking me call saying she doesn’t have time to listen to every single call… meanwhile I wouldn’t expect her to listen to every call only the exculpated calls DUH!! She took Patricia side blindly and did not resolve my issue, I had no choice but to take that flight otherwise I would be paying $300+ for a last minute ticket elsewhere. They also never sent any other emails to me regarding my flight for checkin purposes, I had to call them for the info. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Total scam! I purchased my ticket and it said pending! I called and they told me it was a promotion! I was firm and told them they had to honor it. But she tried to up charge me! I realized this was a total scam. I
demanded my money back. She told me 7 to 10 days. I said we will see about that. Im calling my charge card company and hung up.
My credit card company said the charges were denied by them!

Fighting to keep my money without providing me a USABLE service.

Gave me a price of $176.00 non stop but when I hit submit after entering my CC info, they charged me $303.00. I am going to see my mother before she passes and have very little time to make it there if I want to see her. They called me and said flight not available and that I should have seen the disclaimer that said these are standby tickets, there is no such disclaimer anywhere. I even recreated the flight search to confirm I didn't make a mistake and wanted to see said disclaimer, none exists and the price again came out at $176, and read "total price all fees included". The app results also all say refund available, yet when I asked for refund the customer service person said nope, all I will do for you is change flight to another - no refund available. I was forced to pay additional money for a NON DIRECT flight with 1 stop and turned my 1.5 hour direct flight into 6 hours with a layover. The customer service person barley spoke English, was extremely disrespectful and rude, refused for me to speak to someone else and denied me speaking with a supervisor. This is horrible that at a time when I'm about to loose my mother they stole my money and treated me awful. I explained I need to see my mom before she dies and they did not care! This place should be investigated and shut down! I'm sure it will be taken care of soon because they are stealing from everyone!!!!

This is another bait and switch company. I booked a ticket to go to San Diego and they called me back to ask me if I can go instead to San Francisco. The guy with the Pakistani accent got upset because I told him why don’t we try to go to Amsterdam. It turns out the ticket you paid for is not even close in price.

This agency is really a scam. They show a fake price to attractive people to book . They never answer the phone when you call them but they will call right away after you book to tell that your ticket price isn’t available anymore, trying to charge you more , if you don’t accept the charge you are not going to get the refund. It s totally scam. Beware

Just tried to book my daughter a ticket back to school to rdu. The flight was for $186 after booking the screen showed the airline. Then switched to pending!!!.what the hell! After being on hold for 40 min. A rude ass service person from another country states that that price is not available or seats I need to pick a cabin for $345 Nija please!! I told Him to cancel and he said "fin mam" and hung up on me!! Why are they in business!!
Had to cancel my credit card! Nope I don't play about my funds!

Booked a flight only for them to raise the price and after I tried to cancel they tried to charge me $25 to cancel. And it was way before 24hrs! Don’t use this website AT ALL!!

This place is a total scam. Needed a cheap flight, found one for $280 on their site, booked it. Got called by a Faresfeed Associate 15 min later asking if my dates were flexible. When I told them no, they raised the price, OF THE FLIGHT I ALREADY BOOKED ON THEIR SITE, to $514, telling me that the flight I reserved is actually wait listed. Told them where to stick it and went directly to Delta.com and booked the exact same flight for $370. Stay away from the site!

SCAM ! they set you up by locking your booking after you make a payment for a price listed on their website, after that they change the price. If you try to cancel it come's with fee, and a delay to get your money back. Customer server very ... very bad.

It's a scam. At first they give you a low price for your flight as a bait then you get an email that the flight is pending. When you call them, a very rude and impolite customer service ask you to pay more. And if you refuse, they become nasty and claim they do not refund your money. I'm suspicious they are not located in the USA. They have an accent when they speak English, I'm suspicious they are located in the Asia or out of the United States on the whole. I highly recommend do not have any business with these people. They are imposter. If you see somebody give them a great rate, they are telling lie and possibly are related to this company or staff

If I could give a negative 10, I would. They offered a seat on a flight that they didn't have and then tried to bully me into taking a flight totally inconvenient for me! What con artist, be wary about using this site!

No idea what to expect. Don’t know if this is even legit…? No one EVER answers the phone. No flight ticket confirmation.
I seriously don’t get this site. If it is just bidding and you wait for days the rates or fares go up! So even if cancelling you are in trouble.

Wish they would confirm and not just send an off hand receipt.
