These guys did really well. Sabrina in particular was amazing on the comms, the removal guys (Adi and his team) were polite and respectful, and did a great job.

I'll be honest, I was uncertain as to what I would get when I decided to go with them but I need not have worried.

I was very happy with result - everyone worked hard, Sabrina checked in to ensure we were happy and so what more can I ask for.

I shall be booking them for my return trip (from temporary accommodation).

Received an outstanding, professional service throughout. Fa Removals sent two gentlemen who handled our property with diligence, care and consideration. Sabrina kept regularly contact during the move to ensure I was happy with the service and I certainly was. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, stress-free move with a professionals who are prompt and efficient, these are your guys!

Don't use, unless you have receipts and bank statements for every item of your belongings.
Packing is shocking. Brown tape around goods and thrown on lorry, not even boxed!
Dreadful. They have damaged so many of my goods and told its wear and tear!

Turned up late with inappropriate vehicles, forgot 2 pan drawers and 2 cupboards, brought items we specifically asked them to leave, disassembled but could not reassemble wardrobes and beds correctly, had to reassemble ourselves. Damaged a wardrobe beyond repair and left fast food packaging in bedroom. We were told there would be no waiting time for keys charged yet told differently on the actual removal day. On the plus side, the pre removal day service was excellent.

FA Removals is a low quality removal company with little to no experience in moving furniture. DO MOT USE THEM. Listen to the other low reviews, they’re so true. The company is SHIFTY! We hired them for our move from a ground floor flat to a 5th floor flat walk-up plus small lift right down the road. We communicated via email the flight of stairs. It’s a two-bedroom move, and we had a surveyor review our furniture and belongings. We were quoted with a packing day and a moving day.

- They were supposed to send 4 people, they only sent 3. The first two arrived late (11AM) and the third guy arrived hours later. We communicated with the admin team our concerns about finishing on time and were completely dismissed. No plan to send more people or resume on another day if this takes longer.

- It took them until 5PM to finish packing and placing all our stuff in the truck whcih was parked right outside our flat of the ground floor. The packing was laughable, they through expensive appliances into boxes with no wrapping and called it a day. Our Sage coffee machine is broken and the box has completely ripped apart.

- They told us at 5pm, that it will only take an hour to move things and install furniture into the new flat. At 6pm they blamed us for the flight of stairs despite us having communicated it vis email when quoted. They told us to check in by 7PM. The manager stopped answering her phone by 8PM. They were still moving boxes up. They stalled us and basically told us we have to stick till the job is done saying around 10PM.

-Completely unreasonable management. They refused to resume the job another day. Refused to send more people to accommodate. Refused to put us in a hotel so that my two-month old baby could sleep. They stalled us on the phone for two hours. By 11PM, they moved all the stuff up but hadn’t started placing furniture where it needs to go (as they blocked access with boxes) and hadn’t installed the furniture except for the bed. Complete nightmare.

- Inhumane and borderline slavery work ethics. The poor movers had were working for more than 13 hours straight with no breaks. We were the ones to provide food and drinks for lunch and dinner, and eventually sent them away at 11PM after FA removals had already breached the contract throughout the day.

The manager is the worst human I have ever had to deal with. Lied to us for two hours about booking us a hotel for the night, only to tell me at 10:30 PM it’s too costly and therefore we need to incur the cost ourselves.

They mismanaged the entire move. No accountability for the delay in arrival of the team, or for sending less people, for taking well beyond a reasonable time to complete the job. Their responses are laughable. Another told me not to quote her on the time that would be 10PM. The first manager told us they never committed to a timeline for the “one day” to get out of it on a technicality. And the customer care didn’t bother putting in the notes the flight of stairs.

With a two-month old baby, this company made my life HELLLLLLL. I had to kick everyone out by 11PM and now we’re sitting in dismantled furniture and boxes everywhere completely unorganized. My baby had to sleep in the pram amongst the mess. Disgusting work ethics and definitely bordering on slavery with their workers working so many hours with no breaks.

Update: They offered to resume the job 4 days later conditional on removing our review, unfair commercial practices and unreasonable timeframe for a service they were hired to do in 2 days.

A good team of people. Turned up well within the time frame given (on the earlier side) Done in less than an hour and a half. The two guys turned up, introduced themselves and got straight to work. Took care of my stuff, got it to the destination in the condition it left. All in all, very happy, the price was (based on other quotes I received) extremely reasonable.

The team arrived on time just as communicated on the day of the move. The two gentlemen were very helpful and professional in all their dealings. They did all the packing and dissembling in a very remarkable way, sparing no effort to keep our properties protected. They went above and beyond and even drove me all the way to the agents office to grab my keys. They put the items exactly where we wanted them and assembled every necessary furniture back again. They were fast, patient and worked together all through and knew exactly what they were doing. I couldn't have made a better choice in a removal company. I must say a big thank you to FA removals for being who exactly they said they were. I highly recommend them. Let's meet for future removals.

I recently used FA Removals Limited for my house move, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but the team at FA Removals made the entire process smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. From the initial enquiry, their communication was clear, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and provide a fair and transparent quote with no hidden costs.

On moving day, the team arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately got to work. They were extremely organised, careful, and respectful of both the property and all of my belongings. Everything was packed and handled with great attention, including fragile items and furniture. Sabrina really helped us, always friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
We did need an extra van and Sabrina and Brie got it sorted out pretty quickly and didn't cause too much of a problem. The removal guys were great and very hard working

I couldn’t fault TJ (?) and the guys who at 20:30 have just left us after a 10 hour shift! They helped us move out of our 4 bed into a bigger 4 bed and were amazing. Very confident, professional, polite and overall fantastic, I couldn’t rate them highly enough. I was actually hesitant using FA removals due to some of the reviews. However, I’m so glad we did. The team were awesome, including Sabrina who has been a delight to speak to in the run up to the move and on the day.

The only issue we had was the fact the size of our contents was underestimated at quotation and two vans were sent, when we needed three. However, I haven’t marked the guys down in stars for this as they unpacked the first two loads and went back to get the last bits.

Excellent from start to finish! Sabrina was a star, excellent at communication and assisting me with a moving date that started in July, and kept shifting and didn’t actually take place until October. She kept in contact and helped with constantly changing the dates! Brie was also a star and very helpful on the phone. The removal guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were friendly, efficient and took care of my household furniture. The price was very reasonable and I would thoroughly recommend them based on my experience.
