I had a very bad experience with this company and would strongly warn others to be careful.

They advertise very low prices, but once you complete the booking, they call you and change the terms. In my case, they told me that only my one-way flight was booked and that the return flight was not confirmed unless I paid more money. This felt very misleading and dishonest.

They also informed me that no baggage was allowed at all — not even a small shoulder bag — which was never clearly explained during booking. On top of that, they said the ticket was “flexible for the airline,” meaning the airline could change my flight date at the last minute and move me to a different day. This is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.

Overall, this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The price you see is not the price you actually pay, and the conditions are not clearly explained upfront.

I would not recommend booking with this company. It is better to pay a bit more and book directly with a trusted airline or reputable website.

Everything is a scam . First tried to
Book a flight . Then they came back saying flight is not available. Then they said amount is not refundable . I asked for an alternative . They are ok to book a different route for or different flight but they will charge service fee this time . They are want you to book the flight and they stress you a lot. Then they charged regular fare and on top of their service. Original ticket if bought would have costed 200 dollars lesser . Never go through this website

I booked a round-trip ticket from Paris to Montreal for a confirmed price of $1,487.34 CAD, non-stop. After the booking was confirmed, a woman with STRONG ACCENT(indian) from Farehutz contacted me to say that the price had suddenly increased to $2,121.45 CAD, without any valid explanation.
I couldn't understand her : she spoke quickly with a strong Indian accent.SHE CONFUSES ME .

On top of the price increase, the flight conditions were changed: the return flight now had a connection, and no checked baggage was included anymore — completely different from what was shown and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Customer service did not provide any reasonable solution and refused to take responsibility for the change.
The information provided during booking was misleading, and the final price did not match what was advertised.

I strongly advise against booking with Farehutz, as the prices they display cannot be trusted and the conditions may be changed after your payment.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

I booked a ~$200 flight Seattle/Burlington VT for mid October. I received a call from an agent a few moments later telling me that the outgoing fare was going to cost some hundreds more because the airline had not confirmed it.

I told the agent that, if he wanted my money, he was going to do whatever it takes to get me the fare I'd paid for. He tried all kinds of arguments --- "This was a promotional fare" --- and I wasn't having any.

I finally told him that if he would not stand by his advertised fare, I'd lock my card and report his firm to the BBB. He hung up.

A few moments later I got a text message that my bank had declined a charge of *$595* for insufficient funds. I locked my card anyway in case they try again.

This website is fraud. I booked a ticket from them and they did not send me the e tickets and then I called them tomorrow and they told me the prices are changed after your booking and you need to pay a few hundreds more if you want the ticket. Totally a fraud. Never book from them.

I ordered 3 airline tickets this morning, then also paid for cancellation insurance. Paid and received my booking confirmation and email , toal was $980. Then received a call several hours later stating 2 of my 3 tickets were standby and that it would be an extra $844.98 to ensure seat availablity. I thne said to cancel my tickets and give me my refund. It was then they told me that the refund policy was not avaiable and if I wanted to cancel, I would lose all the money. What a complete scan this company this. Avoid at all costs!! Don't get taken like I just did!!

A refund was confirmed to me in writing on may 6 and it was not done. I filed a complaint with the BBB and i'm still waiting for 1676,42$ CAD. I will be happy to withdraw if you respect your commitments.

They change the price last moment after you have to pay.. allow cancelation .. very bad experience .. no recomended😪😪😪😪😒😒😒😒

This is a scam company. They do a bait-and-switch and call you back to strong arm you into paying a grossly inflated price, far greater than even the most expensive flights posted online on google or elsewhere. They will then give some excuse as to why you can't cancel your original request without paying some outrageous cancellation fee. This is well documented online and on the BBB site.

If they do this to you, you can do a charge back through your credit card, that is in fact the best way to deal with this as they will lose their merchant account if they get enough chargebacks. However, if you challenge them on this over the phone, they won't actually charge you a cancellation fee because they know you will do a chargeback.

Scam company!!! Booked flights online. Later that day received email and phone call to call them. Spoke to Laura ?? (Indian accent) that only 2 of the 4 flights I booked could be honoured. The other 2 would be standby. She put me on hold to contact United Airlines and came back to tell me that for $74 additional per person per flight, it would all be fixed. I said no thank you that she can cancel my reservation. She proceeded to tell me that I can't cancel because I didn't get cancellation insurance. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE. You went into a contract with them and if they DO NOT HONOUR their part of the contract (providing you flights for the price you booked) they CAN NOT charge you. I immediatley called VISA who told me the same thing. DO NOT AGREE to any price increase. Cancel with them and book another flight with another company.
