The best

Harold Travis and then Alden gave great service with accurate information, prompt and polite reply with a sense of humour at the right time. The prices were good and documentation followed as promised. Follow on requestes were also executed well.

Really great customer service

Was skeptical initially when booking my flight not through the actual carrier but when I telephoned Faregeek I got a great service! Cheaper, easier and probably friendlier than the travel agent. I really recommend these guys!

DOB on itinerary was incorrect.

i went on live chat to solve my problem of wrong D.O.B. on paperwork
i was connected to CARMEN .we went through all the procedures and was then guided to the solution with such professional answers. and actions she did more to help my situation and cool my anxiety over the mistake
VERY VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE CHEERS...CHEERS TO CARMEN TOO

Great customer service, strange process

I booked with Faregeek prior to reading any reviews, I know, rookie move! Once I began reading reviews I started stressing. People were not receiving their travel documents, flights were paid but not booked with the airline. Panic set in. However, I contacted the email and they replied to me within the hour advising all I had to do was print the document they emailed which doesn't say travel documents but rather a confirmation. I checked with my airline to ensure my booking was confirmed and it was. The day before flying out I received an email advising I must check in prior to arriving at the airport otherwise my booking would not be valid. Panic set in. What if I did not have access to a printer?! But again my stress and anxiety was unnecessary. I checked in online and went to my airline counter and it was smooth sails! I even was upgraded to extra leg room. I would recommend Faregeek but I would always double check with the airline that the booking has been confirmed and would regularly email Faregeek just to touch base

First time booking

This is the first time I used faregeek and it was brilliant . The agent (Alden) I spoke to was very helpful and had my ticket confirmed within a couple of hours . I recommend using these guys as I will be using them in the future again

Faregeek

I spoke to two of your employees over the phone and got nowhere! Neither called back like they promised and nothing got sorted. I decided to use the "live chat" option on your website and I was lucky enough to have Kolby Walsh on the other end! Kolby was polite, knowledgable and efficient. My problem was sorted very quick and he continued to follow up with me on email. Very happy with Kolby's customer service! He done everything he told me he would do! Happy days!

Not Anymore

Booked a ticket with them which original cost was $1037, but in my credit card they charged me $1042.50. Is not a lot of money they charged me extra, but stuff like this scare me, not being honest with your customer and cheating them on the prices. Been booking with them for a while, not anymore.
