"If you want to have the worst nightmare of your life, use this agency to buy tickets. I had the worst experience of my life; my husband bought a ticket for $242, then they called me saying it was now another one for $299. A day later, this airline calls me and tells me it's another ticket with a layover. I asked them to cancel and refund my money because they didn't provide the service I paid for. The response was that they couldn't refund the money, and it hadn't even been 24 hours since I bought the ticket. Absolutely mediocre, terrible customer service; for me, it's a dreadful zero."
Si quieres tener la peor pesadilla de tu vida usa esta agencia para comprar pasajes, he tenido la peor experiencia de mi vida, mi esposo compró un pasaje por 242, después me llamaron que no q ahora era otro por 299, un día después me llaman de esta aerolínea y me dicen que es otro pasaje con escala pedí q me cancelen y devuelvan mi dinero por que no me dieron el servicio por el cual pagué, la respuesta fue que no me podían devolver el dinero y no había pasado ni 24 horas de que yo había comprado el pasaje, súper mediocres, pésimo servicio al cliente para mi es un cero horrible
