i ordered these lights months ago and still havent received a thing wtf

Absolute scam company! I order lights in May and they still have not been received! Emailed customer service twice and still nothing! Please do not order from this company, I can only imagine the amount of money they are making on items people never receive! 100% SCAM!

I placed order 6/2/24 for Solar Lights expecting to receive a set of 6 , doubled the order supplied with supposed discount. The charge online was 31.97, my account was charged 39.96, I emailed customer service to alert them of 7.99 overcharge, they did refund that amount. Only to receive 2 lights in the end 6/16/24. I requested a return label d/t the deception, to be told be email that they sent the items ordered, and cannot send a refund. They're offering to refund me $5, which is a slap in the face. I plan to post on all my Social media platforms and report to Better Business Bureau!

I purchased the outdoor pathway lights they took forever to get here and when they arrived should of had 8 lights I only have 2 lights. They are beautiful but I'm disappointed because I had places for them all what am I going to do with 2. Smh

SCAM. Buy it somewhere else! They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but their email responses will include an expired link EVERY time so you can never process the return. Even if you file a claim with PayPal and finally get authorization to return your item for a refund they will conveniently never receive your return and PayPal will not refund your money. PLEASE do not buy from here! I have been fighting for a refund for 5 months now!

Scam company, never received order

I bought lights back in October. Took forever to receive. One item was supposed to be a box of 6 outdoor lights with a remote to control them. I bought 2 box’s, so I should have received 12 lights. I received 2 lights. They just took two lights out of one box and sent that to me with no remote. REFUSED to send me the correct item.
My second item was lignts for outside. Didn’t look like what was advertised and many of the colors didn’t work. I sent them videos of the defective items and they REFUSED to replace or return my money. REFUSED to send me a shipping label to send the defective items back to them for reimbursement. I sent them their Guarantee and policy on defective items and they did not care. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are refusing to return my money also. Stay away from this company.

One star is too many. I placed an order on October 17, 2023 for their advertised outdoor lights. I received several email updates stating the item was in transit, then it was stuck at the same location for over a month. I could not contact the company through the links provided. They were all bad. I got PayPal involved, since that was my method of payment to them. It's now been 3 months and I have no lights or a refund. STAY AWAY!

The payment was paid to another company and they sent the wrong product. Blatantly refused to accept responsibility and the customer services is absolutely pathetic and generic answers to any question sent.

Placed an order over a month ago. Cannot get confirmation on where the product is, cannot get a live person to speak to. Pretty sure they simply stole my money.

Terrible customer service

It's been 6 weeks now and the product has yet to arrive.

I placed an order on October 15, 2023 for their advertised outdoor lights. I received several email updates stating the item was in transit, then all updates stopped on November 12, 2023. I emailed their customer support and got nothing. Do not order from this company.

I ordered the self adhesive outdoor light strips and they sent a super cheap strand of lights. When I asked for a replacement they ghosted me. Somehow even all of the emails disappeared. Do not order from this company.

I put in an order on October 15th started getting shipping tracking information and then all the sudden nothing I am worried about this company only because looking it up it automatically comes up as a scam not sure what is going on try to email no customer service 😔

The color is almost just as pictured and they’re very nice quality considering the price.
