I live in Spain and recently ordered from FARA Boutique. There was a courier issue, which can happen from time to time, especially where I live, but the team at FARA were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. When my order arrived, I absolutely loved it. So delicate and elegant. Thank you I can't wait to wear!

'I ordered three dresses for my bridesmaids and I couldn't be happier. The quality was absolutely perfect and the designs were stunning. My bridesmaids looked so glamorous and elegant on the day. Everything arrived beautifully made and exactly as expected. FARA Boutique truly added to a special day!

Okay, but the quality doesn't match the prices. The fabric is very thin and transparent (which you can't see in the photos on the website). I wouldn't order again.

Fara is one of my top (if not my absolute favourite) brands where I have been purchasing pieces for over 5 years now. I can't say enough good things about them. Do yourself a favour and gift yourself with one of these stunning pieces.

As a health and earth conscious woman, it's super important for me to be always buying from brands that have a similar vision as me: to create beautiful pieces that support women while also honouring women, that are earth conscious and use natural fibres and dyes.

Fara is all of that and more, while also being a wonderful company run by inspiring women.

The pieces are high quality, beautiful, handmade, and are always my go-to. They are comfortable, versatile, and can be easily dressed up or worn casually. The extra plus is how compact they pack down without over-wrinkling so I can travel with 10+ of them barely taking space in my luggage (I travel a lot!).

I've collected many Fara pieces over the years and I absolutely love each of them. The one time I ordered something that arrived with a small flaw, they immediately offered a refund or to send me a new one. The customer service and communication with the owner as well as the customer service team has always been impeccable.

I've given Faras as gifts and many of my girlfriends and clients have also invested in these beautiful pieces and we all love them.

I look forward to continuing to add to my Fara collection!

Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Service and Communication

I placed an order online and after four weeks, I have yet to receive any tracking details or updates. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no meaningful communication or explanation regarding the delay.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Failing to provide basic shipping information or respond in a timely manner reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as reliability and customer care appear to be major issues.

Total luxury.

I have around 8 Fara pieces now and keep adding more. Each piece is a show stopper. Quality is sooooo good. I especially love the really light silk pieces because you don't get sweaty in them, and look stunning even in a hotter, stickier climate

You will be complemented and constantly asked 'where did you buy this from?!'

Never had any issues with delivery and if I have had any questions, they've been answered pretty quickly

I bought the Zen maxi dress and I absolutely love it! It feels so dreamy to wear and I've got some really lovely comments. Thank you FARA for your beautiful creations - I'll definitely be purchasing again soon.

Gorgeous silky fabric - got the duster coat for my holidays as a cover up. The colour is beautiful - just as i hoped - olive green for Greece... the fabric and craftsmanship is great. I've bought a few pieces from FARA before and I love their styling and cuts - this coat is so freeflow. It's the first time I've gone for a print and it's beautiful. This is the first time I've bought direct from their website - and super happy with the fast delivery. Great all round.

I have bought many items from FARA over the years and the quality of the clothes are exceptional and last (and look new) for years. I love the designs and silk/raw silk materials. The scarves are my all time favourites; timeless and extraordinary.

I’ve been buying from FARA Boutique for years, and I can’t get enough of their clothing. The Zen Dress has been my go-to for so long! It’s comfortable, elegant, and somehow just gets better with time. I recently got the Rise Kaftan, and it’s just as beautiful - perfect for warm days and easy to dress up or down.

One of the things I love most about FARA is the quality. Their pieces are made from natural fibers, and you can really feel the difference. As long as you take care of them, they last for years. I’ve never had any issues with the quality, and I always get compliments when I wear them.

Plus, it feels good to support a small, women-owned business that clearly cares about sustainable fashion. It’s rare to find clothes that look amazing and are made to last - FARA does both. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful clothes. I have few dresses by FARA, kimonos and sets which I love so much. Stylish and really unique!

Fara has the best clothes, especially when I’m on the beach. So easy to wear and amazingly elegant designs. All super nice material and designs. I recommend them to all my friends.

Returned an order for a refund.

1. HAD TO PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN POSTAGE.
2. THEY DEDUCTED £10 FROM THE REFUND FOR NO REASON.

They state in there return policy if items are not placed in the original bag and packing they are subject to a £5 per item fee... So I made absolutely sure that this process was followed for the 2 items I purchased. BUT THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!

So for items I did not keep I have had to pay £14.05 - the charge they added for no reason because I followed the process, and the return postage fee.

Honestly it's disgusting, a horrible company with awful processes and charged that frankly seem scammy. I will not consider buying from this brand again.

I returned my item as requested as the clothing looked different colour.
They accepted the return and have not issued a refund!
I sent the item back via recorded delivery and its been delivered.
Will not buy from here ever again

Ordered a item of clothing, completely different item sent.
Contacted several times with no response??
Returned and still no response???
Contacted the bank and they sorted and contacted the company, should not have to do this
Don't use as terrible experience

Honestly, the clothing isn’t bad, but it’s definitely not worth the price tag. The quality doesn’t justify the cost—the pieces are extremely thin and see through.
I won’t be purchasing from them again and wouldn’t recommend it to others

My experience with FARA has been poor - just a few days after I ordered, there was a sale and the item that I had bought was 20% off. I contacted FARA’s customer service, but they refused to price match - even though I was well within the returns period. I don’t understand the logic as I am entitled to return the item for a full refund and repurchase at the discounted price.

I was also disappointed with the quality of the Rise Kaftan - it arrived with frayed hems and poor / loose stitching. For a kaftan that costs c. £200, I would expect much better.
