This is a scam.
I first received some emails from their support then they stop communicating with me.
I have lost electrical material for almost 2,000 EUR.

SCAM- THIS IS A FRAUD. IVE SENT 1000 EURO WORTH OF CLOTHES TO THEMM AND NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. THEY DO NOT REPLY

AVOID AT ALL COST

Have not responded to several of my emails.

Please do not use this website for your purchases from France. You will not receive any response from the company. They took 2 euros to register the account, I purchased items to be delivered at the address indicated. Have contacted them 3 times, no responses. They collect 2 euros from each person that falls into their trap. Will make sure their PayPal act gets shut down.

I used the shopping assistance service (they buy and send the items for you) but i havent gotten any confirmation or news about if they bought the items or not. I tried emailing them several times but i havent gotten any answers. I don't know what to do since i spent quite a lot, such a shame since they seemed to have the cheapest rates...

I experienced an issue with a parcel. After initial correspondence they probably lost interest and stopped replying to the following 3-4 emails I sent.
Poor customer service.

Very pleasantly surprised by FAOPS. I was hesitant after reading few reviews and I hadn’t heard of this company before, some odd translation on the website also made me wary but I had no other option. Everything was smooth, the only issue I had was not being able to view my French address after paying but Guillaume replied within a few hours to help me. They sent updates for each step once they had received my parcel so I always knew where it was. I was using a well-known USA parcel forwarding company at the same time and processing times were exactly the same - both parcels arrived to me on the same day. Customs was handled and paid for before they shipped to me so i avoided that headache. I would use FAOPS again

Nothing provided. Confusing instructions. Waste of time and money.

Initially I was worried about my parcel because there was no response to emails and the phone number listed on their site isnt available, but its covid and weekend was included so it's understandable. My package has been sent by FAOPS to me, waiting on arrival.

Edit: Received quickly, in the end a positive transaction, I would recommend FAOPS

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE - RUDE PEOPLE, NO HELP. USELESS.
I SENT TWO PACKAGES THERE AND HAVE HAD ZERO LUCK GETTING THEM. WHEN I WRITE TO THESE PEOPLE THEY RESPOND IN A RUDE AND COMPLETELY INCOMPREHENSIBLE MANNER. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP.
PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE THE PRODUCTS YOU BOUGHT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERY WAY TO GET HELP FROM THESE PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNRESPONSIVE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - RUN THE OTHER WAY!

It took 10days to FAOPS to prepare my packet for delivery. Another 5 days DHL was delivering it from France to Germany. A summary cost to deliver 3kg packet from France to Germany was 46EUR and it took 15 days. BTW DHL delivery was the cheapest one. FAOPS web site is very messy and not intuitive, it's English version is full of grammar mistakes, e.g. PAID used for PAY. You can't select payment method on the site but an email from FAOPS with quote is sent to you.I had to chase FAOPS several times to send me the quote and after that to update my order so I can pay it.
Shall you use FAOPS to re-ship your orders?
- Yes if you have no other option.
However it is an expensive and slow solution, costs and delivery terms are comparable to re-shipping services from US to EU.

Really helpful and great communication. If you need shipping from France then this is the place to use.

As a new customer, Guillaume communicated with me immediately and helpfully so that I understood the process. This shipper is excellent.

This is among the worst forward service i ever chose to use. Not only they are very expensive, their site don't work well you have to contact the lady in charge on the phone, her English is terrible and communication is difficult (to say the least). Their packing is for laughs which will unfortunately will make you cry when you receive the item and realize it came in pieces. Despite their high cost and low performance they don't reimburse for any of their wrong doing. In fact they respond with emails in the most rude way!

I am pending to receive my order however the customer service has been great until now.

I moved from South Korea to France and shipped all my boxes to their warehouse. When they received my boxes, they notified me right away and forwarded them to my new address promptly and in great condition. I am 100% satisfied with their services and would absolutely use them again.

So I found this proxy and its my firstime for me using it to forward a onepiece figurine. My package arrived safely and they're quick to reply my questions. I used colissimo to ship, I know its risky but im glad my item arrived! Overall safe and faster to use
