Ebbene oggi é il 15 settembre e non ho ancora ricevuto il prodotto ne tantomeno il rimborso!!

Ho ordinato presso questa boutique online un vestito di Max Mara. Vesto spesso questa marca, quindi conosco la mia taglia, però il vestito arrivato era enorme, almeno due taglie troppo grande, perciò sono costretta a restituirlo a mie spese. Dopo qualche scambio con l'azienda perchè il reso è avvenuto a cavallo di Ferragosto, mi viene effettuato l'accredito dell'importo pagato, ma senza le spese della prima spedizione, dell'ammontare di 9,00 €. La Direttiva Europea sui Diritti dei Consumatori prevede che il costo della prima spedizione venga rimborsato all'acquirente, cosa che la Boutique non ha fatto nemmeno su richiesta. Quindi aver potuto provare un vestito di Fanù Boutique per scoprire che non mi andava bene mi è costato la bellezza di 18,00 €. Vedete se volete provare anche voi...
