Excellent customer service, great communication. The box my coffee table was shipped in broke in one of the corners during transport and the screws to assemble it were missing. They quickly sent replacement screws after I told them what happened. It takes time for items to be shipped (UK based), however it is well worth the wait. I love my new coffee table, this will not be the last time I order from them.

We ordered our table for entry having never heard of Fanstone. I started communicating with the company and the communication was excellent. I felt confident in my order. I checked in periodically to see the status of my table and was given updates immediately. Once the table was done, I received pictures of it. Once happy it was then shipped. It took a few months to get here, but the packaging was unbelievable. I had no doubt it was going to be in good shape when we opened it and it was. We love the table. It looks just like the picture. I would order from Fanstone again. Thank you!!!!

Amazing experience, beautiful console table.

From the beginning of communication, Felix clearly demonstrated honesty, integrity, professionalism and most importantly, he delivered. The table exceeded my expectations.

Fanstone designed the table based on my specifications. It’s a simple design but every detail was thought out. For example, the bottom of the tabletop has a sleek curvature that I was not expecting. So sexy!

I was nervous about ordering from across the world but truly, it was no different than ordering locally. And the savings made it all worth it

It was packed extremely well, nestled in a custom crate. And Felix included a gift. WHAT? A beautiful marble tray. I own a lot of marble pieces and I have to tell you this tray, the quality of the stone surpasses all the trays I already own.

Back to shipping… I was nervous because we’re talking about marble here. How can you ship marble across the world without it breaking? These guys are experts. I don’t know how they pulled it off, but that table showed up in perfect condition. It was just crated so well.

If you’re considering purchasing from Fanstone, just do it. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be ecstatic when it shows up, as I was.

I had the BEST experience with fanstone furniture!! Not only did I got to customize the size of my marble table, but I also was able to pick the slab of marble I wanted and the piece of the slab they would use. They also managed to get me the item in less than 8 weeks AND sent me a marble tray bonus gift. I will definitely order from them again

The table is absolutely stunning—true craftsmanship! I placed a custom order and chose a special type of marble. The company was incredibly patient with all my questions, and the communication was perfect throughout the process.

I was a bit nervous at first since Fanstone is located on the other side of the world, but the entire process—from communication to production and shipping—was seamless. Because the table is handmade and had to be shipped to the Netherlands, it took a bit longer than I expected. However, that wasn’t an issue as the company even sent me a small gift as compensation.

All in all, this is an excellent company that delivers the highest quality at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend them to anyone, anywhere in the world!
