Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service. I checked in advance that we could get a certain lettering and delivery date. We were assured these were possible. Then they made a different lettering than ordered and said what we wanted was impossible—even though I had verified up front that it would be possible. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a paltry discount on a future purchase (as if) and ghosted me. Then, according to tracking, my order sat in Shenzhen untouched for a week. It’s still there. So we will not receive even the wrong jerseys in time to be used.

I ordered custom baseball jerseys for my friend's bachelorette party and they came out absolutely perfect! The quality is great and the printing came out super clear. I requested assistance with designing and creating mockups and Whisper was incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fanside was great. The logo of a shield turned out perfect on the jersey. I had a dedicated rep to help me through the order after it was placed because it was so big. Everyone got the current numbers and names. The value of my large order was great!

Amazing customer service!
I was originally unhappy with my order since the color was way off, but then their customer service reached out and really went out of their way to solve the issue and offer a replacement. They made sure I was happy with the product before shipping it, and rushed the shipping. Amazing experience

Recently I collaborated with Helen to create two replica jerseys that perfectly match my son’s high school uniform for his Little Buddies. Good idea to ask for a mock up view
Price is good, happy with the quality, from order to receiving the item took 3 weeks. Everything is stitched and the sizes run pretty true. Anytime your add on a patch or emblem of your own you should go to the notes field to request a mock up view to see what your finished product would look like. The add on patch was the only issue I had as there was a mix up with what it should look like, however, the company was gracious about helping to fix the concern.

I got my Jersey today. Fits perfectly. Wasn't sure after making order because I learned after paying it was coming from over seas and I only asked about shipping eta and asked for clarification of Letters from lower case to uppercase, I am typing this email because I went to leave a review and was unable to leave any reviews. But out of courtesy and as promised I am leaving a review this way, if I could give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars I would. Quality is great color RED is a natural red will look fine against a standard RED hoodie to match. Fits great especially over a hoodie. So very happy with our jerseys! Sophia was extremely helpful and helped me customize the jerseys how I wanted them. She was super responsive. She showed me a mockup before paying. The team of people work with me on a couple issues we had and everything got rectified. The product is a nice product just be sure about shipping. It can take a little longer than you might think but the quality of the product is great and they work with you if you have any issues so I would recommend this place definitely to buy. The team I work with for my orders is amazing. I've worked with Caroline and Rose for my orders over the last two years. Their customer service was excellent, timely and friendly. I've ordered varsity jackets for our senior football players the last two seasons. The team at Fansidea did a great job at getting the mockups to me with the designs I sent and they were as expected.
