Fast delivery and good materials. Ordered a DFB Icon T-shirt and it arrived ahead of schedule by 2 days (that would be 11 days, from 3rd to 14th of February) internationally, from Germany to Romania.

I ordered a jersey from them on 7.11.2022. They delivered it on 6.1.2023 so it took over 9 weeks even though they said that it’s going to take 3-7 working days and the world cup was already over when I got it. I returned the jersey on 7.1.2023 and I still haven’t received a refund (it’s been a month like seriously is this gonna take 9 weeks again just like with the delivery??). I also had to pay around 30€ for the refund which is just a pure daylight robbery. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. I am concidering taking legal action.

I did not like the fact that our Christmas orders did not arrive in time - even though ordered way in advance (Nov 19 and 22, last item arrived Jan 6). Three orders, split into 6 different deliveries.
All delays (I presume) due to high demand and not enough stock - but no or little communication or feedback or updates when contacted customer service before Christmas.
I had a very unhelpful chat experience today, but had a very helpful customer service response to my email within hours (on a Sunday!) to sort out my return - so: fair play.
Mixed experience - but quality of products is as expected and same as if you buy the jerseys in a shop.

I have send this company an email to inform them that I will open fraud cases against them in 3 countries as they have ignored all communication send to them to follow up on order not yet received. Clearly they do not value their own business as they have made no attempt to resolve. My main focus will now be to ensure the website of this company gets shut down.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Poor quality products, tried to return through their online returns service rebound which I paid for. They sent me the wrong barcode, have tried contacting by email, phone, online chat all ignored and just automated replies sent. An automated message over the phone , no help at all and cannot return my items which were for christmas gift. I will get in touch with trading standards and citizens advice. DO NOT ORDER from this website.

Worst costumer service, after trying to get my ordered products for over a month I get an extremely rude lady on the phone. Every time you call theres a different story and they never keep their words when they promise you things.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! It took a month to receive the item, despite their website saying it would be shipped in 3-5 days. I ordered a shirt for my son to wear at the World Cup and it took forever to come and needless to say, he didn't have it in time. Now, the company is charging me another $23.10 to return it.

I cannot believe this shop can stay in business the way they operate - over 3 weeks I'm waiting for my order, now they tell me I shall wait until DECEMBER 9th before they do anything to replace the obviously lost package. BY THAT TIME THE WORLD CUP IS OVER!!! Order was placed on Oct 22nd! And the various tracking sites show contradicting information and no update for 8 days. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!
great to receive the same exact standard response like anyone else. Just that I have already sent numerous emails and used the chat function to get my problem resolved- both a complete waste of time. but great to now also have a phone number, which is nowhere mentioned on te webpage - another red flag!!!

The worst customer service ever. I’ve been a customer for years and purchased 8 times. I’m unable to return $186 (US &) in product. Their website doesn’t recognize or find my order. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE -
I received a reply from the email - website (see their reply) they provide and nothing happened. It came back as a failure. The website won’t let me return. My order number is 21-7348-0009. I’ve been taking for $186 US.

Where to start? Everything that could go wrong with DFB FanShop occurred. I Identified that my Jersey spent more than 10 days in the same facility, delaying my delivery. There was no effort form support to alleviate or minimize the error. after several emails, my questions still were ignored, only handing me out a link that I already had with useless tracking information. On top of the unacceptable delivery delay (that cloud have been prevented) I receive a Jersey with bad applied number on the back. No quality check before even sending. Now I have a crooked number on the back of the jersey and no answer from support. I am not waiting again a whole month for a new jersey. I have requested my money back with no answer.

I ordered Germany jerseys on September 4, including the away jersey and the authentic home jersey. The home jersey has NOT arrived. It’s now October 24. The World Cup might start and. I still might not have the home jersey.
When I track my order it says that the home jersey’s expected arrival is 9/28/22!
I could have bought from Adidas Canada but wanted to support the official DFB shop. Next time I will just go local. It’s been a very sad experience buying online from the DFB shop.

I got a tracking number but every time I go to track it it says that it does not exist. I can get a hold of anyone and when I use the chat and ask for a representative it says they are all busy helping others….okay so give me an option to have someone call me!!!!! Never buying from here again. Don’t risk it!

It is like attempting to reach the Moon by jumping ….. choose the article, get a price, pay , receive an email stating that you have an order ……. Then nothing but total silence and the passing of time . This shop should be avoided by all fans .

If there is only one online shop remains in the whole world, and if that one gonna be DFB fan shop, you should just run away from them. I should have given them minus but unfortunately that is not possible here. The most terrible and unprofessional team. The only thing which you are going to hear is their apology, but you sill never ever receive your order. Unfortunately I made 2 orders on September 16th, and yet my order has not even been processed. It seems they are busy harvesting the cotton at the field and then they will start knitting it by hand and then hopefully in 2023 they will process my order and maybe in 2024 I can receive my order. When contacting them they said that "Any personalised or printed products that you may have ordered will require a maximum of 10 working days before we can send them out". As you can see they are even unable to follow their own excuses. And when you ask for your money back they said oh no, the personalised item are not returnable. So as you can see I am the one who got fooled, they are not going to deliver my order, neither my money back. To me this is an absolute scam. The only thing which I can do is to warn everyone else just keep the distance from these scammer. They are bunch of unprofessional staff. I made a big mistake by ordering from them instead of going to well known companies such as adidas, ordering the same stuff, same price, and getting the order in a reasonable time frame.
So to wrap up, please dont waste your money and your time by ordering from this unprofessional team.

Unfortunately I had to give bad rating for DFB Fan Shop - would give even less starts if it would be possible :-(
Here is the story:
Beginning of June 2021 placed an order of 2 kids jerseys to celebrate the EURO. So far all good and items were shipped accordingly. However middle of June the shipment tracking did not change anymore and I contacted the support. After a couple of chats, the support said to contact the carrier. 2 weeks later still no feedback and we went on vacation. During vacation (middle of July 2021) I send a status request email and got a response "we will contact the carrier". Another 2 weeks later now and still no response, so again I was contacting support and got the answer "we will contact the carrier". So the status - still no clue where the stuff is and the support is just acting when getting an request and afterwards "falling asleep again" (no own follow-up). So my fight still continues to get the shirts and negotiate a "waiting & non-support compensation".
And the moral of this story - I would recommend the DFB to reconsider to collaboration with Fanatics as the Fan Shop provider. At least in my experience and view this is not a support which would be up to the standards and etics of a DFB!

I ordered a tshirt of the German National team on the 11th of November (30 working days ago). They Never sent me a tracking number and they told me to get back to them on the 30th working day to discuss again, they are now not answering emails, nobody on the live chat and the phone number is disconnected. SCAM!

I ordered a printed shirt a few weeks ago, and last week I received an email telling me that the printing was not possible and that I had 48h to choose between receiving the Jersey without the player's name, or cancelling my order, and that without any reply they would send the Jersey like this. Within 48h I sent 2 emails telling them I want to cancel my order and get a refund with no answers. I wrote several time in the last 8 days, still no answer but they did charge me for the Jersey. So now I'm down the money I spent, I didn't get what I ordered (nor the Jersey printless for that matter), and no one is replying. I tried their chat online but everytime I try it tells me that nobody is available. The last thing I can do is to call a paying number (so they can take more money from me). It feels like the DFB is robbing me.

I am leaving a review here and on Fanatics International as the DFB-Fanshop is run by Fanatics International. As an international fan of Die Mannschaft and DFB-Frauen, it's not always easy getting jerseys. I am especially fond of hero jerseys, a tradition I started with my siblings as a birthday gift years ago for the 2014 World Cup. This year I finally had funds to continue the tradition and so I decided to use the DFB-Fanshop for the first time. I have always thought that getting it straight from the source would be the best way to get fan gear, a belief upheld by how well my international orders from official fan shops have gone. Unfortunately, that was not the case with the DFB-Fanshop.
I made the order at the start of March, giving it more than enough time to arrive for my siblings’ birthdays since I know customization and international shipping takes a while. Once it was placed, I was sent a confirmation that said it would take 3-10 days to ship internationally. Since there is no tracking options for international orders, I checked the FAQ for more information, where I was told to expect my shipment 20 days after the order was shipped from the warehouse. I waited a little over a month, the expected delivery day passed, and so I decided to email customer service to see when the order had been shipped.
Had I not reached out to them, I highly doubt DFB-Fanshop would have ever let me know that there were issues with my order. The first person to respond to me, “A”, let me know it had not been shipped yet since there was an issue with one of the jerseys as they were waiting for the print. That I didn’t have an issue with. What I did have an issue with was how “A” did not know when they were receiving the print or whether they even reordered it. I understand not knowing when the shipment would be coming in, but how would you not know if you even reordered a product you list on your site as available? They apologized and asked if I wanted to cancel or send without the customization. Putting my faith in the professionalism of the official fan shop of one of my favorite teams, I decided to wait, especially since there were no other places I could get a Neuer jersey.
I was then replied to by “B”, who told me they would pass it over to the “relevant department” to deal with my order, telling me that once they have a response they would contact me again. A little over a week passes and I still have no message from the other department or “B”, but while I was worried, I wanted to remain patient. I went to check my account on DFB-Fanshop when I noticed the other jersey in my order was no longer available in the fan shop. I immediately emailed them about the other half of my order, asking if it had been set aside for the order or if it was also in reorder limbo.
“B” replies, apologizing once again, telling me that the personalization team is waiting for the print and do not know when it will arrive. At this point, I have lost my patience. Were we still talking about the first jersey or the second? I had clearly specified I was asking a separate question about my order, but the lack of specification on their end led me to assume that the second jersey also had an issue. If this was the case, why was I only told about the issue with ONE jersey when BOTH jerseys had an issue? Why did they not think to tell me about these issues within the first couple weeks of the order? I would have chosen to cancel my order instead of waiting it out. More importantly, why would they let me place an order for products were completely unavailable at the time of purchase? I replied with all these questions, letting them know how disappointed I was with this entire mess, and asked that they tell me if they could help me or not so I could decide whether to cancel the order.
The following response was now from “C”, another player in this exhausting game of customer service hot potato. I was once again given empty apologies, told they were opening a full investigation regarding the issues I brought up in my email, but they did not answer my questions.
That was it for me. Looking over the long exchange, I realized not one of their emails actually provided answers to my questions, nor did they ever specify what they were talking about (i.e. sending me to the “relevant department”, but providing no department title or additional email address; not specifying which jersey they were referring to). My reply to “C” was short: how to cancel my order and get a refund.
“A” replies, telling me I can cancel via email and asking for my confirmation. I immediately replied my confirmation to cancel my order and “A” replies that they will pass it on to the right department. Again, WHAT DEPARTMENT?! After another couple replies with “D”, I was told by a non-specified person that I could not get a full refund as part of my order was already printed... Then WHY was I told IT WASN’T?! I told them send the printed jersey and the rest of my money refunded. After another couple replies, they finally shipped the order and told me my refund was underway.
Two weeks have passed, my sibling’s birthdays passed with sadly no gifts in sight, I am still waiting for a ~$120 (of a $200 order) refund I am not even sure I’m getting and in need of an exchange for a jersey that is “passed its return period” (despite the fact that my having received it passed the return period was not in my control from the start). Honestly, at this point, it feels like I was outright scammed despite all the trouble I went through to confirm it was the official fan shop. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had, domestically and internationally. While this may be just my experience, I would suggest to international fans considering buying from the DFB-Fanshop to either reach out to customer service first to see if what you want to order is actually available or simply find somewhere else to buy your fan gear that is not connected to Fanatics International.
