I dont think Fanpass are scammers
I dont think Fanpass are scammers. They have plenty of satisfied customers but in any transactional business things go wrong as it did with me. I booked tickets for Chelsea but the tickets never arrived . I must say the response from Fanbase was very quick advising the tickets were being 'issued' at that moment (on the day of the match!) Therin lies the problem , and i think the seller agrees to the sale but keeps it on offer to achieve a higher price then just lets you down. For the sake of a few pounds ! I had booked trains and hotel . Why do Fanbase not insist the seller send the tickets as soon as you pay ? I did get a ticket refund. But the stress not worth it

Fanpass TOTAL SCAM - tickets are a SCAM
Fanpass is totally fraudulent for Chelsea Tickets and a COMPLETE SCAM. I bought 2 x Chelsea vs Man City tickets for Stamford Bridge for the game 12.04.26 and everything seemed fine, I was sent my tickets to download in time for the game and a QR code for the turnstiles. All seemed fine. It was a present for my son’s 16th Birthday. The tickets cost me just under £400 including a Fanpass Fee of around £60. When I get to the turnstiles and scanned the QR code they were declined and I had to go to Chelsea ticket office who informed me that Fanpass is a complete SCAM and Chelsea only sell third party tickets through 2 authorised resellers and Fanpassost certainly isn’t one. The likelihood is is that this is someone’s season ticket which had been cloned and resold many times and is illegal. I then had to pay £1,000 for hospitality tickets on the day just so my poor son could see the game in his Birthday. I have contacted Fanpass and strangely enough….nothing so that’s £1,400 to watch a premier game. DO NOT ever buy tickets from them!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, They do not send you your tickets, we paid for ours weeks before the Arsenal match, so we arrive there on the day and we still haven’t got tickets, so we reach out to the guy selling them and he turns his phone off so we can’t ring him, waste of a 4 hour journey 👍🏻
