Brilliant service. Prompt despatch. Great pricing. My custom size and style requirements (as detailed in the comments section on the order form) were followed to the letter. Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered in the early afternoon and plates arrived next morning! They listened to what I wanted and the plates were exactly as I'd asked for.

I was a pain of a customer. Called 3 times to discuss specific requirements......Phone was answered quickly each time. Michael was v.helpful. Good email communication too. Plates arrived to mainland UK next day with free fixing kit and decent adhesive pads. Would use again........Thanks K.E.

I Ordered a number plate on Monday, got here on Wednesday.
Quick postage and plate was good quality.

Can I just say , I read the review on here and I contacted the company directly they were fast to respond and were upset such reviews have been put on here. After the email communication I threw caution to the wind and placed my order.

Sunday afternoon I placed my order for 2 plates , its now Tuesday morning and the plates have arrived 😀 along with sticky pads , screws and covers .

I can't recommend this company enough and I'm sorry for those that have had a bad experience because mine was great

Absolute rubbish, ordered plates and wrong, border and logo missing, contacted them multiple times and no reply whatsoever, customer service is non-existent and no replacement plates. Avoid this company at all costs.

Zero communication, i've contacted them many of times and got no answer which is very frustrating. Also its nearly been two weeks and still have no plates 😕 so would not recommened. Use someone else !!!

Good - Ordered plate, recieved in good time but wrong font. Emailed info@ [website] and recieved a quick reply saying a new one has been dispatched. Recieved and looks good.

I feel I must give Fancy Plates a 5 star review, in spite of the negative comments from others. The plates arrived in 5 days. There were no problems at all. I found the best way of contacting them, if necessary, was by email. Credit where it is due. Thank you.

Not a good experience, I ordered a plate and immediately spotted a potential error so sent an email from the web contact form and no response. Plate arrived and sure enough it was wrong, tried to contact again via info@fancyplates and no response. Absolute 0 for customer service so buyer beware!!!

Ordered a plate and received confirmation. Website says next day despatch but it didn’t arrive. Several emails and unanswered phone calls later got a polite email apology for the delay. Plate eventually arrived 20 dats after it was ordered but is exactly what I wanted and the quality looks good. Thanks

Ordered a few sets of plates as standard size and they came with bigger Letters then standard so looked to big for standard plate size. Contact them several times to change one set at least don’t want to no👎And over charge postage.buy 2/3 sets charged £10/15 postage and takes long for that money so will no buy again .they Ignore You don’t want to no.So five 👎👎👎👎👎down

Hi, don't be put off by the bad reviews! I almost was...and I have purchased two sets now (separately), both arrived as promised, and are fantastic quality too. Even included fixings.

I actually needed to re create a pre 2001 very specific plate letter font, which they got spot on. Anyway, I don't usually write reviews to be honest, but I firmly believe in credit where its due, and in my experience, it was excellent, twice in fact.

If you want to communicate with them "Forget it", they will never answer or respond, If you want something different than what they produce "Forget it", Don't bother to put anything in the any special requirements section it will be ignored, Buy at your own risk, I would also pay by paypal as it "may" give you a chance to have your money returned when you don't get what you want.Will not be using again, which is a lost to them of many hundreds of pounds, but i'm guessing they don't give a S***

Ordered correct plates but incorrect ones delivered due to website glitch.

Emailed them and called them on many occasions but no response to any correspondence.

Plenty of better suppliers out there so I would look else where in future.

Seem to be having same issue as others. Ordered plate at beginning of week, no updates. Emailed to enquire about progress, no response, phoned them up, nobody answers the phone. Useless, am now concerned about reports of plates delaminating

Update - even though no emails or phone calls were responded to, the number plate did eventually arrive, however one small detail wasnt included. Plate was of a good quality though

Highly recommend here super quick delivery and the plates look amazing on my car so glad I ordered from here and will definitely order again or tell my friends / family!

Plates ordered. Quality of the plates overall good, but there was a line through the entire rear plate in the material, which spoiled the look of it. Sent pictures and requested the same plate without the line. No response. I assume deliberately ignored as I e-mailed their address as well as filled in the online form.

Avoid.

Plates delivered promptly and at excellent prices. Yes we also had a de-lamination issue on ones we ordered but after one email and a reminder there was no quibbling and replacement plates arrived promptly. I still say excellent service and value for money.
