I put in an order on Jan 2nd. Received an update to say it was shipped Jan 6th but there has been NO update on shipping since and I’ve tried to connect with the company an 3 separate occasions and they have never responded to me. The idea of their products is great but their customer service is awful. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them.

This is a scam completely. I ordered from them and ever since they got my money they have been silent even though I've emailed them many times.
After a while their website stopped working and now I have nowhere to turn to.
Remember that even though companies like Fancy Nooks use Shop to handle the information on the order and delivery, it doesn't mean they are legit.
I ordered from Fancy Nook’s and never received my product. Their customer service is non-existent. 100% a scam! I wish I could give it no stars.
Ordered from them in January, and the kit it STILL hasn't arrived. I ended up doing a charge back through my bank to get my money back, which has not been contested, because it appears to be a AI run website. It seems like a nice website but definitely has presented little legitimacy through customer service. I have emailed half a dozen times to cancel the order and they have not responded. DO NOT order from this website. Amazon will have better for cheaper.
