I would not bother with this con site, i had ordered a waist trainer through them and totally forgot about it til i went through my emails. going through the email it had said that the item had been delivered which is a lie as im a full time mother and am literally home all day.

Absolute frauds. These people take your money and promise a product in return. The link is dead as well as the company phone number. Buyer beware.

I purchased 2 items from fancyberrie.com on 7/5/22. Of course they emailed me back with my order confo, the tracking info, my shipment is on the way and it's all a lie. I tried to email them at the email on my order and it came back saying it was unable to be delivered. When I click on the tracking info it's in another language, and even if I am able to switch to English, it's still no help. I'm really worried what they are gonna do with my credit card information. I really wanted the products I bought. I originally saw the link on Pinterest. I'm so annoyed to say the least.

If there was a negative 10 that's what they would be.. This company is FAKE it is fraud so is the email address and the number is also fake. Steer clear of these scammers they take your money keep your money keep your information and no telling what they do with it take heed to my warning keep your money & your privacy!!! There a company from China that claims to be in the USA they're liars, steal, fraudulent, scammers, Fake amongst many other things!!!!! They say: Please reach out to us with any concerns!! Wellllllllllll, YOU CAN'T the Email they give you is FAKE SO IS THE THERE SO CALLED PHONE NUMBER!!!!! They need to be shut down!!!! You will Reap what you have Sowed ten fold Crappy Berrie!!! FRAUDSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

I placed an orfor £41.70 I even gave th a tip, but now when I check my order status it says I've no orders, I've emailed them several times to no avail, please avoid this company it's a scam

I placed an order from this company through a Pinterest ad. I never received the product. I emailed the company three times and I never received a response. After the purchase, I received a tracking number. It stated that a USPS shipping label was created but the USPS was not in receipt of the package. Beware of this company. Buy local instead or from a reputable seller or company.

They are horrible!! No customer service and their products are awful!! TOTAL SCAM!! NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Their products are awful!!!!!

I ordered few products from fancyberries and i am still waiting for tracking ID after nearly 2 months. Their website said between 5 to 10 business days. Email few times and only got response once which they ask me to wait bit longer. Ridiculous to wait that long. This is a scam site. Please avoid buying anything from there

I can only say that I wish I read the reviews here. I ordered tattoo eyebrows and they where old and dry. And I had to wait weeks to finally get them.
As someone wrote, I wish I could give ZERO star.

I wish review sites would allow us to give zero stars because fancy berrie doesn't even deserve ONE. Don't order anything unless you like throwing money away. I should've read the reviews before ordering like I usually do. I slipped this time and am paying for it. First of all, I had an item in my cart and when I went back to the site, the order was automatically placed! I have NEVER had anything like that to happen online. I contacted them to let them know but because I wanted the eyebrow stamp, I let the order proceed. The eyebrow stamp was not waterproof, was complete trash. I contacted them again and they responded quickly to talk about the issue. However, as soon as I said I wanted a refund, NOTHING. They won't respond at all. I lost out this time but never again. Glad it was only $20+. It's a shame that companies like this are allowed to stay up on the internet. Unfortunately, these companies don't care about bad reviews because they've gotten our money already; this is just a warning for others. BUYER BEWARE.... STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Worst thing I have ever spent money on!!
I didn't even know it was from china nor even knew about perfume milk. It does not even say anything about it. It took a month to even come in and was all in Chinese. Why would Pinterest even have these ads?.. it does not even deserve a 1 star more like zero.

Complete scam! In ordered 4!!!! Eyebrow stamps and every. Single. One. Was dried out!!!! What a complete sham

Avoid this company, complete scam and the products are not legit. Ordered Kerastase for my hair, it has completely stripped the moisture and left my hair all frizzy. Sent photos of hair and product and weeks later I’m still trying to get my money back. All they offer is for you to keep the product, I don’t think so! Oh and it has cost me £35.00 for the hairdresser to put a mask on my hair to try and get some condition back into it and no sign of any refund from fancyberrie.

NOT TELLING YOU ALL THE FACTS.
They say nothing on their listings about where the item is coming from, even after purchase they do not tell you. It was not until my item shipped that I saw my item was coming straight from CHINA!
I immediately asked for a refund, to which they responded "our customers are our first priority", then continued on to say "but your item has shipped, no cancelation/refunds". that is not making your customers your first priority, that is caring about money and scamming people.
They are not giving al the facts about their products. these items are coming from CHINA! make no mistake.
And once I left a review, they would not put it up on their website, the product actually shows zero one star reviews, which probably is not true
if I could I would leave zero stars

This website is beyond ridiculous. I never received my products that I had boughten and the responding email is that once it is shipped, it is out of their hands and you can not receive a refund. Even though they claim they can see the transit of the shipment but when you call the usps or whomever the shipping persons are they have no record of any shipment. I have a lawyer working on this issue and to take down their website completely. Do not waste your time or money.

If i could give this company zero stars I would. I too got caught in the scam and I'm out of $75. BEWARE THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!! I've waited 3+ weeks so far.

If you see China in the location or they cannot speak or write proper English in the advertisement or emails STAY AWAY!!!

I can't believe that Pinterest would let them advertise on their site. I'm disappointed that Pinterest or any website that would advertise these thieves.

How these folks haven't even shut down yet, I have no clue. I've been waiting 3 weeks for their eyebrow stamp and stencil set, to no avail. As someone with alopecia ariata, I need all the help with my nonexistent eyebrows I can get. Severely agitated that I got my hopes up for nothing.

I ordered slim weight tight, last year in December its now been 11 months now
