Left our Puppy of 7 months Hugo whist we went on holiday for 7 days. We were extremely nervous as it was the first time we had left him. But James and Nicky made us feel very relaxed and he had a wonderful time. I 100% recommend family tails wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks again Tasha and Josh oh and Hugo x
Feel such fantastic services offered looked after my 2 dogs who are my babies while away and still using the services when I work late checking on them. Taking them out for walks and my dogs never been so clam and happy. And relaxed. Not stressed anymore when left at home when I go to work because of the service provided by family tails.

James is a really down to earth and really does have a natural affinity with dogs. My rescued dog callie who is a Akita was really nervous yet when James met her she walked straight up to him gave him a sniff and allowed him to fuss her. She now waits at the door at 13.30 for her walk and gets so excited to see him.
Excellent service always on time and Callie loves him. Totally reccomend him always lovely to see him. Very nice man and nothing is to much trouble
