I bought a rug that I never recieved. First they said it was lost in shipping. Then they didn't have it at all. Now I'm waiting for a refund that should be done is 7-10 days. If the refund isn't recieved then my credit card company will take of the charge.

I have bought a wonderful rug from Fame Living. Their customer support is excellent and the rug arrived within days.
I love the rug and it’s exactly what I was looking for - a practical, warm colourful addition to my recently decorated bathroom. Very impressed. I’m now planning to buy a second larger one.
