Run away
Run, don't walk from this scam outfit. Goods never arrived - TWICE. Luckily my credit card company is reimbursing me.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Run, don't walk from this scam outfit. Goods never arrived - TWICE. Luckily my credit card company is reimbursing me.
Falorena is a fraudulent company that accepted money and did not ship or deliver the purchased items. They pretended to be connected with Nordstrom to seem legitimate, but after several months of trying to get reimbursed, I was sent multiple emails saying "Refund Completed", but no legitimate proof was produced or provided. No reimbursement of any kind from them ever showed up. Potential buyers BEWARE. This company is NOT reputable and can not be trusted. They are thieves and lying scammers.
I ordered product and never received anything, it is 100% a scam!
I wouldn’t give this company a 1. They took my money and two months later nothing. Tracking said in the area and delivered. Total Scam stay away.
First, this is the customer service email they give you: "falorena AT radality DOOT" Coom.
Then they ask you to go to this site to track your order that is also a real site that is used to scam people: World Wide Web "track718" DOOT com
What is really devious is that they were using Nordstroms Rack as the landing page in order to make it look like it was a real Nordstroms Website.
How Google is allowing this on their platform and on their own phone and advertising app is beyond me.
Google's response from their A.I to me was they they are more sophisticated then Google entire A.I. infrastructure WHOA! Did not expect Gemini to legit be defensive about it when asked that it can't seem to tackle simple threats like this on its OWN platform, that's a first for sure.
Hopefully, the Protections from using your Credit card will work for some of you, and notice they don't take PayPal for that very reason as they seem to have better controls out there for fraudulent schemes, so that's a plus.
What bothers me is that Google is still now at this very second still allowing Falornea to impersonate Nordstrom Rack online.
If I was Nordstroms, I would be asking for my Adsense payments back.
The site itself that you see on the link is not the landing page you get when you get the advert link, so beware of that.
I took screenshots to make sure others do not fall into the same mess.
Just surprised Google would even push traffic this way even though it knows full well it is not what it says it is.
If you look up the company, Google search links you to two A.I. Generated videos about the company.
Trustpilot just came up in the search results just a few weeks ago.
If you got taken advantage of, please report it to the FCC and also be vocal about it on Google and report it to the companies & retailers that are having their names and storefronts used on the site.
That will get the attention of Google when large legit companies who advertise on the platform start asking for their adsense money they paid out back for false representation.
So disappointing.
I ordered January 8th. Sent them and email two weeks later, and now nothing. We have to get a better system to keep these scam artists from scamming people who are willing to by your products and then to turn around and find out it's not legit. No more online for me. I'll go shopping before anyone else get my coins. Now I have to fight for my money back. FALORENA.COM IS A SCAM.
IS TOTAL SCAM. They never send the product and the track company that they give you is not a legit.
