From my personal experience, Falcon Vehicle solutions are superb. Clean, good quality vehicles, along with excellent customer service. Don’t bother with the large household brands, like Enterprise, Falcon are considerably better in every respect.

From my initial call, the team at Falcon immediately understood my requirements. They communicated well, they were flexible, and most of all, they were easy work with.

Competitive price and great service. Hired a Luton van for our house move and very happy with the service. The fuel situation was different to what I expected, in past you receive it full and return it full. This was return it at the level of what you receive it, which I think makes it difficult to be accurate of what fuel you’ve used and possibly open to abuse.

Friendly, super-efficient check-in. Decent van. Option to bring back outside of office hours. Swift response signing off condition of van. Good comms.

Absolutely brilliant to deal with these guys. The communication was brilliant- even though we encountered a minor hiccup, they handled it with ease and professionalism. My deposit was returned to me 48hrs after returning the van. Would highly recommend them - so easy to do business with.
