Extremely poor customer service and no accountability
I contacted Falach directly in 2024 to purchase one of their machines. Rather than handling the order themselves, they redirected me to their Spanish distributor. I paid €8,800, but the machine was never delivered.
When the distributor stopped responding, I contacted Falach to resolve the situation. They confirmed that their distributor had disappeared, yet despite this, they have done almost nothing to help me or take responsibility for the problem. Over a year later, I am still left with no machine, no refund, and no fair solution.
It’s clear that Falach manufactures a good product, but their customer service and accountability are extremely poor. As the manufacturer, they made the decision to work through this distributor, and they should have supported their customer when things went wrong. Especially as I initially contacted them directly to make the order. Instead, I have been left completely unprotected and unsupported.
I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Falach: if something goes wrong, you may be entirely on your own. Customer support is minimal, and the company shows little willingness to resolve serious issues.
