I AM SHOUTING, BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED EUROPEAN FLAX LINEN. WHAT I FINALLY GOT WAS SOME KIND OF CHEAP POLYESTER MIX, THAT WAS SO DISGUSTING THEY WOULD NOT EVEN INCLUDE THE CONTENT ON THE WASHING LABEL. I PAID £171 FOR A DOUBLE FLAT SHEET, FITTED SHEET, AND 2 PILLOW CASES. ALONG WITH A SINGLE SET FOR MY LITTLE GIRL.
THE PRODUCTS ARE REALLY POOR QUALITY. THEY FEEL LIKE THEY WOULD COMBUST IN BED, IF YOU WERE TO MOVE AROUND TO MUCH IN BED.

DO NOT BUY THESE LOW FREQENCY, CHEAP SCRATCHY THINGS.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED LOUDLY!

I was charged 100.00 and have not received my sheets yet.

Tried to cancel my order as soon as I processed it, because I noticed that pre-purchased the free return offer, but post purchase no returns allowed. Then as I dug more, I saw more bad reviews, and most said that the sheets appear not to be made from linen, but probably polyester. They would not reply to request to cancel the order nor provide information for return as advertised in their ad.
Sheets do appear to be polyester. While there is a note card tucked in with them indicating their 100% European flax linen, there are no such tags on the sheets themselves, leading me to believe they are not remotely made from any percentage of linen.

I ordered a king set of beige faith linen sheets in November. I cannot get the company to respond to me. It took forever in a day for the sheet set to arrive, and there is nothing linen about these sheets! Total misrepresentation by this company they are not linen! And it seems even worse that they use the title Faith Linen! These sheets are cheap polyester, and fresh terribly.
Do not be tricked by this Chinese company!!

In December of 2025 I ordered what I believed to be high quality European Linen sheets from FaithLinen. I didn't receive the sheets until late January since they were mailed from China, not the USA. The sheets that I received were cheap polyester fabric that had loose threads coming out. Definitely NOT the high quality linen sheets that they advertised . I contacted them multiple times and requested information regarding returns and they have not responded. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam.

I did not receive my sheets that I ordered on Nov 12 2025. Do not use this company. They are scammers. I just wrote again just now 2.14.26. still have not received. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give a zero star review. Worst customer service ever! It took 3 months to receive my sheets and I can't get a hold of them for a return.

I wish you could give zero stars. This is a fraudulent company. I have never received the product. The shipping number they gave keeps saying it’s on its way to the next shipping place wherever that is. Never says. I am really annoyed with myself for not checking trust pilot before I purchased. No way to get money back it seems.

Please please do not buy these company is fake scammer sent polyester when O paid 245 for linen queen it took 3 mths they work with someone in China and they are from n Carolina having this front to scam out peoples money and pay the poor guy in China to send sheets that are worth nothing not linen not tags just a business was type card say 100% flax linen

Worst company! I wish there was a 0 star because I would give it a 0 star. This company is a scam. I ordered the 100% linen sheets in November. Finally got the sheets Late in December. These sheets said 100% linen sheets but were not linen. Bad quality. I tried to return the sheets, The company would not get me the return address. They said they would give me 50% off. I just wanted to return for a full refund. They would not answer me after that. I tried to call the credit card and dispute it. The credit card company favored the company. It is February now and I am still trying to return them. Stay away from this company. I never had this kind of bad customer service before. Terrible.

This company lies about the quality of their so called linen sheets. These sheet are NOT linen, repeat NOT LINEN, They aren't even cotton. They are a cheap synthetic material. Be careful when buying products on Facebook. The ads often lie.

I ordered their 100% European flax linen sheets. The advertisement was very enticing. It showed how flax is processed to make linen and all that. And then naming them self "faith linen" what bosh! Anyway after months, and contacting the better business bureau, and sending emails, they arrived. I knew they werent real, but did the burn, or melt test on them. The test site melted. So I paid something like 150 for microfiber sheets. Supposedly they were 350 dollars on special for that price. I was robbed for that fabric. I've certainlly learned a lesson. Its just too bad nothing can be done.

Placed an order on Dec 6th, just got it this week. Was supposed to be for Christmas, but that didn't happen. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for weeks, no response until I tried disputing the charge, then they said to refuse delivery. I wasn't home when the delivery occurred, and am now trying to figure out how to get this package back to them. They say they are out of Italy, but the package came from China.

This is a scam. It took six weeks to receive sheets that are obviously polyester made in China. I tried to contact the company and they are impossible to reach.

Ordered the sheets nearly 3 months ago. (Wish I would have seen these reviews before I handed over $150 to them!) They just arrived. I have 4 other sets of linen sheets. These are NOT linen in any form or fashion. There are polyester strings dangling everywhere. I doubt they’d even hold up to wash and dry once. Can’t imagine trying to sleep on them. Bogus company and bogus sheets. Should be illegal to sell to unsuspecting buyers.

I ordered linen sheet to the cost of £90, last October and have still not recieved my order.After many run around emails, I am still waiting.Customer service is terrible.

My order took 2 months to arrive. The product is not made of linen. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING. NO RESPONSE from the company after numerous attempts to communicate with them with both phone calls and emails. No return address provided. Terrible SCAM and deceitful company.

I ordered in November and the sheets finally arrived today. I immediately thought they were polyester from the look and feel...and the only tag (on the top sheet) does NOT say linen, in fact, does not even say WHAT they are made of. I have already written to customer service to see what to do about returning them, but I have little "Faith" in this now after reading everyone else's experience. One born every minute.

Faith linen sheets are NOT 100% linen as their website states. They also state 100% satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked. False!!!! I received my order, opened it and instantly noticed the deception. Reached out to their customer service that very day and was offered 50% of my money back to keep the sheets. I declined stating I would never ever use them, please send a full refund and I will return the sheets. Now they are saying since the product wasn’t damaged NO REFUND. Scam scam scam!
