Kind of disappointed with the looks of the coin. It was certainly not shiny with stones around the edge. It was a printed version of what was advertised. The sentiment was worth its weight but I wou... See more

Overall, I am happy with what I've received. However, it did take quite a long time to arrive. That said, when it arrived, it was well packaged, well finished, and does exactly what I expected it to do, which is be a sentimental gift for my girlfriend and something that will remind her of us. What I would say is that Faithcorner did respond to every one of my emails in a timely manner and kept me well posted.
I ordered the Servant Leader watch for the Pastor of our church on behalf of the Ladies Auxiliary. I ordered on 5 June 2026 for Father’s Day. It was sent out, and Faithcorner maintained direct communication via email. on 23 June ne 2026 I alerted them that my package was sitting in Texas since 15 June, and they got behind whoever was responsible, and this past Sunday 28 June 2026 the gift was given to the Pastor. I don’t hold Faithcorner responsible for the shipping problem. Because the product was great, their actions were expeditious, and I wrote this in detail so customers will know the be diligent in tracking and letting them know when there is an unreasonable delay. They will take action.
This company has been kicking my complaint back and forth with me while doing nothing to correct it. A legitimate company would have resolved the issue by now. I guess the review I copied and pasted below tells it all.
AI Overview Reviews for Faith Corner are overwhelmingly poor, with consumers citing significant issues regarding product quality, shipping, and customer service.

The engraving was not what I wanted. It was supposed to have my husbands name and mine as well. The shipping and wait was ridiculously too long.

The hearts entwined is lovely the writing on it is a lot smaller than advertised it did not meet with what I wanted

Not at all as described- wood unfinished- personalisation so tiny you can’t read it - couldn’t recommend sorry - did write asking for support on returns

The quality of the watch was too low compared to the advert, I'm so disappointed right now. I'm feeling too bad giving it out as a gift, delivery took a long time as well, customer’s expectation should have been set right from the beginning, I can never refer this platform to anyone.

I love the way there is so much meaning in the wording on items. My husband loved the coin in pouch I got him. I will be ordering again soon.
The product looked even better than the picture. The detail was phenomenal. I liked how I was kept up to date on the progress all the way through the delivery and arrival of product pricing is reasonable and quality is great.
My Faith Corner experience was excellent.
My 250 American Banner is really great like the picture
The company email notifications were very good
And the banner was delivered on time as promised
Yes, I know we all are concerned about getting fooled by online companies, but Faith Corner did a great job.
Though this was nice, it was not what it looked like throughout the buying process. The ads made it look like it was actually wood, but I was very disappointed (as it was for my wife on our 41st anniversary) that it was just a printout covered in acrylic. She loved it though. I must say, if it was truly wood, I would have paid more for it and been happy about it!
Horrible product! Its tiny! You can barely read it ! And I have 2020 vision

The watch I ordered doesn't show the name, that's why I ordered it so that it would bear the name of the person to whom I was going to give it, the truth is I don't recommend it

Loved the light box.Really didn’t know what to expect but was so impressed.Very Nice gift. Loved it …Thank You…
I bought the I love my husband coin. It was a piece of crap. Doesn't look anything like the pictures on Facebook. There are no stones around the coin. It's just a piece of cheap material over the coin. I was embarrassed to give it to him. Now I see in my email that a new order is being tracked under my name, a clock. I definitely did not order this.

God Bless America banner is beautiful but not the size I ordered! I ordered the large about 72” but what I received was barely 60 inches.
Disappointed in the size!

I bought the I Love my Husband Personalized Acrílic shape custom plaque. What a dissappointment, nothing like the advertisement, cheap looking and the lettering dark brown instead of black, also the letters seem to be a sticker just placed in the back of the plaque. At the same time, I must say that in the meantime I had made a mistake in the size of the first order so I ordered a new one for the size I wanted and this one is great looking like I expected, like it was manufactured in a different place. FaithCorner should pay attention to this and do something about it or they are going to loose customers, giving customers a partial refund for their inconvenience is not enough, they need to make sure all they are selling are great quality items true to the advertisement.

While 3 of the items were very nice they were for me. The item I purchased as a gift wasn't the same size as the coin I bought for myself and thus unreadable. You should have refunded my money and said it couldn't be made.

They charged my card and I never received my order! I have tried emailing their support and get NO results!! They keep repeating to check around everywhere for my package and they don't respond at all now that I am demanding a refund! They now seem to be ignoring my emails and I still have NOT received the items OR a refund! BEWARE OF THIS SITE as they will take your money but send you nothing!! I'd leave Zero stars if I could! I now need to look into where to report these people so they have to stop this fraud!!
