Henry was very professional and honest when it came to helping me get my car shipped. He was also very helpful when it came to getting my car shipped on a timely basis and he also took the time to explain to me how the whole process worked to make me feel more comfortable with everything.

I was quoted $500 to ship my car from Virginia to Kansas. The broker Sunny/frank miller kept bugging me into signing a contract and promised the price isn’t going to be anything crazy. The car wasn’t picked up the day it was supposed to be picked, no updates were given until I called. After so many days of delay no one was answering my calls and texts when I asked about the status of the shipment which was an absolute nightmare. They later come back and quoted an outrageous price and told me that’s how all the brokers operate after more than a week of delay and being unresponsive. Do not use!, they just bait and switch with very bad customer service!!!

Fairways is a scam, plain and simple. They took my deposit payment upfront, and then completely ghosted me.
No updates, no replies to calls or emails. Their "tracking" page is fake. After two weeks of panic, I found out they never even booked a carrier.
They are thieves. Do not give them a single cent.
