Fairway Logistics Auto transporters are scammers and is a fraud. They quote you a low price then ask for a deposit which they claim is nonrefundable. They will then quote you a significantly higher price and make excuses such as driver shortage or drivers are 300-400 miles away from your location and require even more deposit before they deploy since they are coming from far. The driver eventually comes days after and when the vehicle is delivered Fairway logistics is unresponsive and the driver doesn't get paid and holds your vehicle hostage. I had to pay the driver and when i request a refund from fairway logistics they refuse to refund me so I basically paid twice and my vehicle was delivered days after the agreed upon time. Report them to the DOT, Better Business Bureau, Federal motor vehicle carrier safety administration. Oh also, DO NOT make payments via zelle or similar money transfer service. DO NOT..I REPEAT....DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH FAIRWAY LOGISTICS!!

This bait-and-switch tactic is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It created unnecessary stress and turned what should have been a straightforward process into a frustrating ordeal. Failing to honor a quoted price and lacking transparent communication are major red flags in any business.

It hasn't been a pleasant one for sure, started with a 300$ quote with 125$ down and 175$ upon delivery that was 4 days ago was to have my truck by Saturday. Now it's 525$ upon delivery and delivery is supposed to be today. No contact yet. We'll see. One thing about me ain't nobody keeping my money I know how to dispute a transaction. Zack Brown is unprofessional always got an excuse. Very unbusinesslike. If my trucks not here today I will be getting a refund and getting my truck myself. My money was refunded.

Good experience with this shipping company. The gentleman that picked up my two vehicles did it during a freezing snow storm and was VERY professional. I have a classic car and he still took his time loading it to make sure it was done right and safe even though it was freezing and snowing like crazy. Would definitely use them again!

Great service from Mike very patient and understanding. Had a truck shipped from Texas to Alabama.

Mark handled our situation well, when the driver had issues and our shipment arrived 4 days late. But all things well in the end.

Not even worthy of one star, I hired them in July of 2025 to haul a car from Portland to Des Moines , they raised the price , once , I paid $310. Down , I gave them instructions to coordinate with the seller because he had to take it off a trailer. They just called me one day and said they were sending someone to pick it up. I said did you talk to the seller? They said no I said don’t send anybody to get the car until you talk to the seller. The car needs to be took off of a trailer before you can pick it up., the next thing I know they’re wanting to hire a forklift to take it off the trailer, I said, just forget it I will do it myself and give me my money back, several text messages or he said he was going to give me my money back, and he never did. I don’t even give them one star. ————- Here’s an update , they texted me after I left the review , he begged me to take the review down and he said he would refund my money, I said NO I don’t trust you ! As he has told me many times that he would refund my money, I said the review will come down after you refund my money, he went as far as to get my Zelle information and crickets, nothing, nada , been a week, I sent him a couple more messages and nothing! Do yourself a favor and look for a different company!!!!!!!
