Erica was great to deal with very helpful. Very quickly approved with no run around . My credit is fair and they helped me get a consolidation loan that got me 1 small managable payment bi-weekly instead 6 payments I couldnt keep with . Very happy they could help me out

Very very bad experience. Bad customer service. Invoice not cleared. had to pay interest while there was a bug in their system. Received the invoice after the due date.

Fairstone is basically a preditory lender, they will pretty much finance anyone but the interest rates are littlerally less than one percent from being illegal lol
You'll basically pay at or double your loan amount. Customer service is okay but I've been a payer for a few years , never missed a payment ever and recently was offered a 60k loan at 24.99% interest, basically over 1300 a month for 10 years ....needless to say I didn't jump on that offer of borrowing 60k to pay back over 150k!
I just paid my loans off but I would highly discourage ANYONE from using them, you'll start with a small loan then they keep offering to up the loan "to consolidate" until your so swamped in debt you end up taking the 60k loan with a lean on your house at 1300 a month and have to pay back over 156k.
Shouldn't be legal but they skirt under that threshold by .% 0.01
I would honestly say no matter how bad you need a couple thousand dollars don't do it, sell some stuff, start a side hustle have a yard sale or simply go with out. I 100% guarantee you'll regret it when you see how slow the principal comes down.

Larry and staff, made it easy and painless to go from application to funds. Explained me to best way to make sure that I can maximize the funds I received to best help me and my situation.

Understood my needs and actions were professional in nature. They looked at my needs and came up with a quick response and fair minded deal.

They created more problems than they solved with their mishandling of my loan that resulted in my loan doubling even though I didn’t get the money they claimed to have lent me. The employee I dealt with was very predatory and has since been terminated.
They would never answer questions either.
If you need a loan run far and fast away from Fairstone.
If I could have given no stars I would have.

TERRIBLE SERVICE… I DONT RECOMMEND FAIRSTONE. LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION if you want considerate and humane service.

Especially Nimisha, they are never on your side; they seem to work against you whenever it suits them. And try to make you feel is all your fault. Their ATTITUDE IS REALLY HARSH. When you try to understand something and ask for an explanation, their attitude is cold and makes you feel as if you’re ignorant. They prioritize processes over the client’s well-being. Expect plenty of calls offering loans, but none when you actually need help with something you’re not an expert in. There’s zero human-centered approach.

Because their system is so outdated, they don’t notify you of details that can negatively affect you as a customer. Even if you go in person, they’re not supportive enough to give you the full picture. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE OR CONSIDERATED. Look for another provider who actually cares about client experience or at least be more KIND.
