I purchased a fully built bike (Faran 3.0) and a frame (Strael 3.0) from Fairlight. At all stages through the process the communication was appropriate and well managed. As situations changed (due to third party complications) Fairlight were accommodating, making informed decisions that allowed both myself and the company to meet our goals, and to put contingency processes in place if the goals couldn't be met. The workmanship is excellent, the bikes do exactly what is advertised. They made a potentially complicated and anxious purchase easy and well managed.

Bought a Faran 2.5 from them last year. Was originally expecting a wait of several months, however the bike was ready in a few weeks.
It seems to be an excellent quality build, and is really comfortable. Complaints? Errr... none at all.
Many hundreds of miles covered so far and not a single issue to mention. Love it.

Great product (Secan frame), great communication, and Sebastian and the team pulled the delivery time back by several weeks so I could make a three-day gravel ride at the end of the month. Excellent all round, would recommend Fairlight without hesitation.

The quality of the frame is remarkable. The Holt can do everything I wanted it to: from bikepacking to trails (S2). One of the best bikes for my needs. I don't miss the trail fully I had before.
By the way: the bike causes a stir, even though, or precisely because, it is not a carbon fully.

Decided to go for a Fairlight Strael, got the 3.0 version sind June 2022. Been riding several steel frames in the past years, but this one truly feels the best. Stiffness and rigidity where it makes sense, nice level of comfort where you ask for it. Plenty of well-thought detail solutions show the effort Fairlight invests in the evolution of their products. And it looks so damned great, and riding ist the same. Pure bliss! Contact, purchase and transport procedure were professional without any complaints. It's not cheap, but compare it to a high-level carbon frame, the price-performance ratio ist great. I went for a frameset, but especially on complete bikes, I think the prizes are very attractive.

Very happy with the Strael 2.0. A wonderful new steel pony. It's like someone has taken an eraser to the road and rubbed out all the bumps.

The wait time is testament to the reputation that Fairlight have built. Unfortunately there was a defect in the paint with one of our bikes, it was spotted and fixed in the workshop before even reaching the customer.

Due to Covid there was a delay in the shipment of parts from one of their suppliers. We had to chase a little bit for follow up but Fairlight made up for it in the end, which was great considering the issue was out of their control.
