I had a few questions before ordering and the guy I spoke to gave me advice and answers to all my queries. The delivery was very quick. Would def recommend fairleys.

Good customer service & great selection of wine. I was given some helpful advice about writing a birthday message that could be included in the order.

The retailer, Fairleys, made a great job of the packing and were super to do business with. Sadly, the shipper DHL was awful.....miscommunication after miscommunication. But....it all ended well thanks to the lady DHL driver......she was on the ball.

We got our case of nice white wine and fizz delivered on the same day as we placed the order, which was pretty impressive, given that it was on the last Saturday before Christmas.

Simple, on time no gimmicks. Excellent service.

The shipment was delayed. The address label was not properly lined up when printed. Fortunately the driver recognised the part of the address which was on the label. The driver said that there was insufficient information on the label for the delivery company to enter the case on their system.
