I am writing to formally express my…

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with how my recent refund request has been handled.

I was explicitly informed by one of your representatives that I would be receiving a refund. I have attached screenshots of this conversation as evidence. Despite this, I am now being told that no such approval was given—and worse, that I fabricated the emails. This is not only untrue, but also incredibly disrespectful and offensive.

Being accused of dishonesty after providing clear documentation is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be reviewed and escalated to a supervisor or manager immediately. I would also like a written explanation as to why my refund is being denied, despite your representative’s assurance.

We’d like to provide clarity on this particular transaction:

The order was confirmed delivered to the customer’s front door.

The customer claimed non-receipt and requested a full refund.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a courtesy refund in exchange for a review. Despite the customer claiming they posted one, no review was ever visible on any platform. Interestingly, the only review we’ve been able to confirm appeared after we rescinded the offer - And it is this review!

A screenshot he provided was of an email stating the refund would be processed after the review (shows us informing him that the curtesy refund for a review had been approved).

This process has been smooth with countless others; unfortunately, this case became unusually difficult and time-consuming, possibly due to a language barrier.

We made it clear that once an item is marked as delivered, responsibility shifts to the shipper—in this case, Amazon. We advised the customer accordingly. We were under no obligation to issue a refund; it was a courtesy we now regret extending. When a customer claims non-receipt despite confirmed delivery, the proper and standard course of action is to follow up with the shipping provider—exactly what we recommended as the final resolution.

Despite our efforts, we were unable to reach a mutual resolution and must also prioritize our broader customer base.

Ordered some cycling shoes 3.5 weeks ago, they havent shipped yet. What on earth could possibly take that long to ship?

The delay was caused by the current US Tariffs.. and in-fact your item has been handed over to the carrier... every business is having to adjust to the current situation ... we all need time to adjust accordingly.
