Unprofessional experience

I sent several emails regarding my account but did not receive any response. However, the company appears to respond promptly to reviews posted on Trustpilot.

I received several invoices, but one that had already been paid earlier this year, and another that was later dropped by the issuing company after it was confirmed that it had also been paid.

At the time, I was living abroad and unfortunately did not receive the invoices by post. I was later surprised to receive a letter that included a significant amount in debt collection fees related to these invoices.
