SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!
Followed their instructions to estimate P&P before purchase.
After entering my details and pressing next to see my basket it automatically took my money BEFORE pressing 'Pay'.
They did not send a confirmation of purchase email or any other type of msg.
Contacted them within a few minutes by email to let them know there was a problem.
They emailed back in a timely manner to tell me they couldn't find my order.
I sent my delivery address and the email I had used to estimate P&P.
I told them the payment hadn't cleared my account yet and maybe it would show up in a few minutes.
I emailed to inform them that it had cleared and please check again.
They did not reply, instead they blocked my email address so I could no longer contact them.
Despite attempting to contact them several times on their alternative email address, even telling them if they could not issue a refund for some reason then please send me a confirmation of purchase email and expected delivery date.
I have been blocked on all platforms so have no recourse for action.
