Can I please ask you to revise your review based on the support you received? Keep in mind that the only way to save your credit card information on the site is inside of the subscription checkout process, so I believe we have treated you very fairly by issuing the refund.

payment system is not good, first it took a years subscription - managed to get a refund, then automated taken but unable to use site.
basically cost £40 for 1 poor quality MP3 vocal stem which is free anyway.
shame because this could be so much better

Load of rubbish. I subscribed to try out SynthGPT but when I added it to Ableton and attempted to log in, all I got is a message saying I'm not connected to the internet, which I am. Have contacted them countless times for help on the issue but they're blanking me.

I created the account with Google, paid for the subscription. Then I asked support to change the type of access to the account and now I can no longer access it in any way. Also, no one answers my tickets anymore.

I bought subscription especially for SynthGPT, it generates sounds that are not at all similar to promt, just random, I wanted to cancel my subscription, I wrote to them by email, but they just ignore me and don’t respond. I really wanted return my money for this low quality product, but they always ignore you. It's a bad stupid company, ignore them and dont buy this igly products
UPD: I just noticed that these bаstards charged me $10 for March, even though I canceled my subscription back in mid-February. I will contact my bank and do a forced chargeback. Let them be fined, bаstards

Poor Quality All Around.. I Don't Recommend It
They have a lot of work to do... To be brutally honest, I think it's trash. It froze my computer 7 times while trying to make stems. Nothing has ever caused my computer to be sluggish or freeze up until I used Fadr. The very few times it worked, I was less than pleased with the results it gave me. Every stem it made from the 5 songs I uploaded was terrible quality and not even close to being usable. The remixing/mashup tool gives very poor results as well. The key of the songs and the timing don't sync up like they are supposed to. It's not worth the time and certainly NOT worth paying for a monthly subscription that's just as bad, if not worse than the free version. I highly suggest finding an alternative to Fadr.com.

DON'T PAY
I have used Fadr for around 5 months. I wanted to pay at the time, but struggled to get them to take £10 through their various options, so just kept it free until Black Friday when they had a deal on. I paid (luckily) just for a month at a cheaper price. The Fadr Plus option lets you save in WAV and you can get way more instruments isolated. I can't lie in saying the 2 times ive used it as Fadr Plus I'm really not impressed as it gives you the file with instruments not in time, so as soon as you press play you just hear a load of ramble. The isolated instruments aren't as good as they once were too. Today, I've waited 35 mins using an M2 Mac, for the site to give me all files on a track. I'm still waiting on drums as we speak. Just poor. I will continue to use the site, but I definitely won't be paying again!
