Ordered 7th Dec and still not received on 21st Dec. Stated royal mail 48 but tracking says they haven’t received it.
All sorted now & received within 2 days of reporting.

Absolute fantastic service
I was a little dubious knowing I was ordering through FB as I’ve been caught out doing this previously. After reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a go, I was proved wrong with my FB concerns.
Absolute fantastic service. Ordered on 17th December and arrived on 19th December….. outer package was a little battered but the game was in perfect condition. I cannot complain about the service whatsoever. A very good experience!

Great communication.
I ordered this and when it hadn't arrived after 7 working days. I contacted them and Lewis sent a response explaining its a busy time but will receive the game. A few days later it hadn't arrived so I contacted them again and they apologised for the delay and sent a new game which arrived today. Look forward to playing with the family at Christmas and other get togethers.

Edit - I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Factory of games has since sorted my query very quickly since posting my review and sent me a new game. Hopefully I’ll receive it soon. I appreciate your response.

Ordered encrypted game, got confirmation that it was sent by Royal Mail on 5th dec. Royal mail have said they have not received it, I haven’t received it and money was taken. I have emailed to enquire but have not had any response. Would like it resent or a refund.

I placed an order on the UK website yesterday as always a little dubious about Insta & FB sales. Money has already left my account but I have had no order acknowledgment or confirmation.

Encrypted game ordered. Message received stating payment couldn’t be verified. Nevertheless, money taken from my account and no order confirmation received. Appears to be no way of contacting other than by post. Left wondering what happens next? and will I ever see my money again!
