Great customer service
My order had not arrived so I sent an email to customer service and received a reply very quickly, saying that there was confusion with my address and that my order would be despatched immediately. It’s refreshing for a company to accept responsibility and resolve quickly. Very polite, efficient and I’m a happy customer.

Delivery failed, but these guys delivered!
I waited and waited for delivery, only to discover that Royal Mail had a problem meaning my package couldn't be delivered. Factory of Games were amazing and replaced my order very quickly - thank you guys!
Now I await the fun when the family gets to play together at Christmas!
